This company is customer service minded. I inadvertently ordered the wrong part, I emailed them once and they quickly responded and canceled the order with no hassle. After ordering the correct part, I received in a reasonable time frame. It was exactly what I wanted and worked perfectly.

They shipped my order quickly and accurately. Delivered 2 days before the arrival date given with the order confirmation. Their prices at least in my case was untouchable any where. The product arrived nicely packaged and they kept to the truth describing product. Thank you monster scooter parts will return to for all my scooter needs. My score of shopping here is 99% keep up the good work as well as keep prices down as you have.

The parts I ordered directly from you worked. The one employee that I worked with was kind, considerate and helpful. I have a cart and another wheelchair and when I need parts for them, I will be contacting you first.

We got the part quickly! After being off the road from my e scooter for over a month, I am now back out there getting things done and enjoying my mobility! The part was out of stock for a while but I ordered it thanks to a notification for restock! It came packaged well and after about 20 minutes my partner had it on and secured and I was back on the road! I accidentally missed my old address being used as I was finishing check out. I emailed immediately and the issue was fixed and I received it at the correct address! The AI first used to email back after hours was efficient. I was emailed after 2 business days from an associate and told that my address would he changed. I could not believe how fast the part got her after that. I give all stars for amazing customer service, turnaround time, and product durability! The part went on and restored my e scooter after previously wrecking it! I had a chat with online sales person who told me a part would fit & work in my mobility scooter. After spending $ 69.00 to order it, when it came, it did not fit. They won't let me return it so I lost the money.
