Ensure cooperation , safe and calm...Minomog must be an active business with fabulous longevity because the customer service was wonderful. My experience with Minomog was worth my time. Awesome job Minomog!

I returned my order and have not received my refund. Update they requested proof that I sent my items back. After I sent proof, they refund my money.

I would like to update my review of the first pair of shoe I received. They're was a problem with the first shoe coming apart at the seams. They in turn sent me a new pair within 7 days of me contacting them. Thank you for the great customer service.

Do not order from here. Went to the “store” address provided and there is no store. It’s an apartment complex. No wonder there’s so many awful reviews.

I purchased a pair of Travis Scott Jordan sneakers from Minomog and received shoes that were clearly not authentic. The product had poor stitching, incorrect materials, a non-stitched internal tag, and a very strong chemical smell. When I raised this with the company, they initially asked me to return the shoes to a suspicious address in Jamaica, New York, despite the item being shipped domestically within Australia. After I challenged this, they admitted the order had been supplied by a third-party partner and confirmed in writing multiple times that a refund would be processed without requiring return. No refund was ever received. Communication then became repetitive and evasive, with the same “refund sent” responses despite no evidence or transaction reference being provided. I have now lodged a dispute with my bank. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing from this website.

The tracking isn’t accurate and doesn’t work. Ordered a couple times now and order seems to come in 7-10 days and the customer service responds with in 24 hours via email. Shoes might be fakes (but good quality) 5 stars

After speaking wirh representative they explained to me what happened with my order. They were very professional I received a full refund. Minomog also gave me 10% for future purchases.
