The qual quality of the phonebooks is top
The qual quality of the phonebooks is top . I personally like the performance of the software MOTIF . very easy to use it . The only point to criticize it is the use of UPS for forwarding the product. UPS serves only to a pick up point for private addresses which makes it quite hard for older people without car,

I ordered my book but it came with several issues, some I had caused by not properly rechecking my text, and some caused by the image in the book being a bit different from the display. I was not happy, but after contacting Mimeo they said that they would replace the book at no cost, if I would correect the errors. Classy response from a classy organisation.

My highest praise goes to Mimeo
My highest praise goes to Mimeo! The quality of all the projects I create is outstanding, and the customer service is phenomenal! The gentleman I voiced my concern and complaint to recently really listened to me and corresponded with me for days until the issue was resolved. This kind of service means a great deal - especially in today's world. Having a "human" work with me instead of trying to explain my problem to AI meant the world to me. I am extremely pleased with Mimeo and all their services.

The final product was great although it…wasn't perfect.
The final product was great although it took a long time to come. First it was canceled due to text box in the wrong place, which you couldn't see unless you turned the page to white. Then the mail was very slow. Perhaps you should give customers the Fed Ex choice if they want the mail to come quick, even though it will cost more. One other thing bothered me. AS I was working on the book, a request for a password kep-t popping up, even though I had created password earlier.

I had the same picture in twice. I feel there was no warning of that. I had warnings to use better quality pictures. However they turned out fine.

The photo books are beautiful as always. What I find fault with is the condition of the book edges and the protective covers. The spine is damaged on the left and partly on the right, possibly from an impact. The box also shows damage. What a shame.

I was making a photobook for my Sisters 60th birthday and was time constrained. So had to use the express option. Now when paying £150 for the book, the extra £10 was neither here nor there BUT: 1.submitted e-book to print Wednesday (order placed) 2.was messaged that was being produced Thursday. 3.was advised had been despatched Friday and I collected from a local store that used the same courier on the Sunday. Exceptional service
