Outstanding customer service …
For some reason when I purchased the S50 it was shipped to my old address. I haven't lived there for 3.5 years. They expedited and shipped a replacement S50 to the correct address. Not only is their product outstanding. So is their customer service. I'm very pleased. Thank you, Mark

Good product, but the support is extremely frustrating
I bought a product from Mileseeytools that is generally fine and works as expected. Unfortunately, the positive impression is completely overshadowed by their customer support. You have to go through endless back‑and‑forth, repeatedly provide the same information, and keep following up. In the end, you still don’t get a solution because the support simply stops responding. It’s very frustrating and leaves a poor overall experience.Good product, but customer service is highly disappointing.
