Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever , tool money and never got app condescending and patronizing email response . They could not care who you are or help in anyway .

I love MilesIQ!!
I love MilesIQ!!! I love the way I can distinguish whether the miles I drove were for business or personal. Love how I’m able to add notes in case I need to refer to a particular drive. And I especially love how it keeps track on whether I’ve completed distinguishing my drives so that I can get a pretty accurate amount dedicated for my business. It’s such a great app that I have shared it with as many people as possible, especially those who are self-employed. Helps make tax time so much bearable.

App is and was great...Until
App is and was great. But incredible price hikes for the same app over 2 years have led me to use another service. The app has not had any new features or improvements to justify the price hike except for greed. I could understand a 2-5% hike, but a 70% hike is just corp greed. This is how a company dies. Nothing is wrong with the app itself, just those who own it.

Mile IQ is now very very expensive
Mile IQ is now very very expensive, and for what you get it is just not worth it and there are far cheaper online software that does the same journey

This app works better than expected
This app works better than expected. Updates make aspects that you didn't know could be better, even better. It is essential if you travel for work and need to track it. It is perfect.

100% Price Increase? No Thanks
I have been a happy MileIQ user for years, but doubling the annual subscription from £45 to £90 is completely unjustifiable. Nothing has changed to warrant a 100% price increase, and there are plenty of other mileage tracking apps that offer the same features for a fraction of the cost. As a result, I won't be renewing my subscription and will be moving to a competitor. I'd strongly recommend anyone considering signing up to shop around first, as there are much better value alternatives available. DO NOT SIGN UP!

Disappoint doubling of price from last year.
I like the program as it was. I wasn’t expecting an increase that doubled what I paid last year. Last year they had another increase besides the new one. I got some trite about costs etc. that I didn’t buy into. I am looking for something else.

I like the app, but not the cost
I like the app. It records my drives nicely and it is easy to categorize for my small business. Unfortunately, my annual subscription cost has doubled every year.

Easiest way to track mileage there is. Simple swipe left/right for categorization with extended swipe for specific categories. Remembered locations for automatic categories for repeated drives. IRS compliant reporting, support for multiple vehicles and more.

A lifesaving app for sales
A lifesaving app for salespeople, easy to log drives, and send reports to my supervisor with the press of a button. Bummer they've increased their price but it isn't bad enough to make me swap to another service.

It used to be a good service, now it's $140 a year!
It used to be a good service. But now it become a greedy outdated sloth of a product. They have raised price twice in a year! Without providing any new service or improvements. Interface looks and works like a time capsule from 10 years ago. Tracking quality is very questionable - it misses beginning, can't track good in city. And the end location is always off. It did the job, but after a second price hike I got so frustrated so I started researching what happened. Turned out that a private equity company Bended sponed has acquired the service. And probably gutted it for profits. Now I get it why there is no innovations. Looking for a replacement...

Been using Mile IQ for years
Been using Mile IQ for years. This is a great way to track your business miles. You can label each drive with either business or non business. You can print out monthly reports. At the end of the year you can print one file which has everything you need for mileage and taxes. This is a great, inexpensive app.
