Ordering was easy, however I had a lot of issues trying to see my rewards to use. This seems to happen a lot with their site. Other than that, ordering and shipping is as expected, and I would purchase from them again.

Everything is easy to find on the site, the tier program is also pretty good! Especially as a frequent shopper. The size and material descriptions are helpful and stuff is always packed well and and arrives on time!

Excellent customer service help on a return
I had a manufacturing defect on a purchased item. The customer service agent was fantastic and replaced my damaged item (fingers crossed the replacement doesn’t have the same defect, haha).
