I love the scooter I bought. With the heat, I haven’t been able to use as much as I’d like, but am looking forward to getting out more. There were some delivery issues, but no fault of Mediriser, it was with the shipping company. Mediriser issued me a discount due to the problems and stayed in contact with me until the scooter was delivered. Great customer service. Thank you Barb Richard

The owner of the company actually DOES CARE - he jumped right in when I was having some challenges with an order and literally bent over backwards to make it right. TO ME having a SOLID partnership with a supplier is more important than anything, even price and this company shows up with integrity. I highly recommend!

IBIS Wheelchair to Car Lift The IBIS wheelchair to car lift was a game changer for us. My husband has been in a wheelchair for more than 40 years and we have never seen anything like this in the US and had no idea such a lift exist existed. My guy is hemiplegic and usually able to stand pivot into the car but he broke his femur in November 2025 and had to be non-weight bearing for 3 months. He lost so much strength and ability that he could no longer do any kind of safe transfer. Our friend found the IBIS wheelchair to car lift online and we decided to take the risk. It was worth every penny and more. Within a day of its arrival we were mobile and in and out of the car again. It is very manageable for me to operate and in our 60’s we are grateful for anything that lightens our load. Everything arrived as advertised. Customer service was outstanding with clear communication. I was provided help to ensure my measurements were correct and was offered a few options to customize the sling. We had to get a new car right after we bought the lift and it was a good fit in the new car. We are very pleased and highly recommend this product.

Mediriser was great! I did have an issue with a 3rd party, but Mediriser made everything right! I appreciate their willingness to fix the mix up with my order even though it was not their fault!

Fantastic experience with Mediriser! We purchased a red light therapy bed and an HBOT machine. The customer service team was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. Even when we hit a few unexpected bumps, they completely took ownership and went above and beyond to resolve them. Highly recommended for wellness equipment!

My experience has been poor! The WSR delivery service has still not contacted me 11 days after purchase to deliver my new wheelchair. They do not have a phone number to reach and speak to any live customer representative. You are just told to go online and type into a chat that gives no information. No one has contacted me. At this point I think they are a scam site which has ripped me off! I’ve paid but not received any wheelchair 11 days later!

We ordered a new hospital bed, air mattress, and safety rails from Mediriser for my elderly father, along with the White Glove installation service. Unfortunately, we experienced a delivery delay caused by the shipper/carrier. However, the team at Medriser was excellent throughout the process. They stayed on top of the carrier's schedule change and maintained constant communication with us every step of the way, to ensure everything went smoothly with delivery and installation. Mediriser's customer service was very responsive and always helpful during what could have been a very frustrating experience. Once the bed & mattress arrived, the White Glove installation team did an outstanding job with the setup and assembly. I would recommend both Medriser and their White Glove installation service.

Consider carefully whether to order from Mediriser. I recommend that you avoid Mediriser. If you choose to take the risk, at least read the main return policy and then review the product page for any separate return policy, because Mediriser uses inconsistent return policies for different products. From my experience, you may find yourself suddenly unable to return an unused item or required to pay an unexpected restocking fee because some products have separate, more restrictive return policies. These separate policies are not immediately obvious on the product page either, as they are only found further down the page in a separate “returns” tab that doesn’t stand out from adjacent tabs or nondescript surrounding text, which makes them easy to overlook before purchase. After purchasing a medical air mattress, I discovered after setup that it would not meet my medical needs. I went to Mediriser’s website to initiate a return because I had confirmed returns were allowed before buying, only to discover that the specific mattress I purchased was not eligible for return due to the separate, inconsistent policy, even though the mattress was unused. I also observed that similar mattresses on Mediriser have different return policies that are equally as easy to overlook; some allow returns if the item is unused and a restocking fee is paid. Altogether, this makes the return policy structure confusing. I found customer service not only unhelpful but dismissive to the point of being almost disrespectful. Because of this, I would avoid Mediriser. If you do decide to order, check the return details on each product page before purchasing to ensure they do not differ from the main return policy.

AMAZING COMPANY!!! The customer support was great! Just call, ask a simple question and get a quick answer!! The scooter we purchased is absolutely perfect! We haven’t had any problems! We ordered an item we actually ended up not needing. We returned for a refund minus the shipping! Great company to work with!!!
