I would like to pass on my thanks and appreciation for Amber H from Medicare. I contacted Medicare regarding an issue with some medical gloves I had purchased, and Amber was incredibly helpful throughout. She dealt with the matter professionally, efficiently, and with genuine kindness. What stood out most was how caring and understanding she was. She took the time to listen, kept me informed, and made what could have been a frustrating situation much easier to deal with. It's rare to come across someone who combines excellent customer service with such a warm and personal approach. Amber is a real credit to Medicare and genuinely reflects the values the company aims to uphold. Her professionalism, empathy, and commitment to helping customers are exactly how customer service should be. If more people treated customers the way Amber does, dealing with problems would be far less stressful. She made me feel valued and respected, and I am very grateful for the help she provided. Please pass on my thanks and recognition to Amber. She did an excellent job and deserves to be acknowledged for the difference she makes.

I'm still having a lot of trouble…
I'm still having a lot of trouble trying to make sure that I have everything I need because of my severe conditions of congested heart failure, COPD, severe arthritis, high blood pressure, neuropathy, & diverticulitis. I only received $55 a month right now from the state of Illinois to get food and then it's not near enough! It won't even pay me for my food for a weekend.

Primary Care hospital & PCP
The Primary Care Physician that Brandon set me up with, does not practice medicine any longer. Ohio State University Hospitals doesn't accept the United Healthcare Medicare. So I will need to keep my current Health insurance through Molina as well.
