Order# US11416 The worst company ever!!! I canceled the order WITHIN 5 MINUTES of purchase because I like the other one better. There was no way to cancel the order on their website so I emailed them requesting them to cancel my order and that was 07/13/26 the day I placed the order. They never responded to my request and sent both phone cases, the one I canceled and the one I purchased after sending cancel request email to their customer service. So I request the return and after 2 weeks, they send email to tell me they will charge 25% restocking fees and shipping fees. Are you kidding me? Poor customer service and I think there send me cancelled item on purpose of making extra money and it’s a scam. Horrible and shame on you.
