Could not use it at all.
Could not use it at all. I got the recommendation to buy it before holidays, then activate it when I'm there. Somehow it activated immediately. On my holidays it was expired.. :-(

Maya global esim is the cheapest you can find and unlimited, literally saved my life working on a cruise ship and traveling a lot. Also the customer service is amazing, anytime I have an issue installing the sim, I can immediately connect to a human who talks through every step and it’s always fixed quickly. Any time of day I also get through to someone. Thank you so much

Zero stars if the option were…
Zero stars if the option were available. Waste of money, 4 esims purchased for a recent trip to Thailand. None worked or would connect. Between us we have an iPhone and 3 Google pixel android devices. We are familiar with how to use esims on our devices from previous trips. We used Nomad instead in the end, excellent connection across Thailand.

Quick resolution after some errors during setup
I messed up a few things during the set up and the Maya customer service was out of this world. Via Whatsapp it was handled professionally and within minutes, I am very positively surprised. Looking forward to using their product as I am confident they will support me whenever there would be any issues

Great assistants when I had questions. They reacted immediately and made sure everything was clear and oké. Great experience with Maya, and the coverage on Curaçao was amazing. I highly recommend this eSIM from Maya.

I put one star for box please do not buy anything from them its a con the braclet i got was not like what i picked .put it on and boke in 3 hours not even real silver took it to shop thats when i was told to bin it soffy please me

Very happy
Very happy, bought two overseas sims for my teenagers who had NO COMPLAINTS for the countries that we visited on a cruise. Worked flawlessly, unlike esims we purchased last year from another well known business where one worked and one didn’t!! Will use again 100%

Perhaps the best E-sim network I've ever used. It's extremely swift and easy to configure. I accidentally purchased an extra plan while trying to get a new sim. I contacted them, they replied immediately. Diego sorted it superbly and I received my refund within 2 days. Bought another sim but the phone wasn't compatible. I explained to them and they immediately processed a refund. That's two refunds in two days. Excellent Customer Service aside, the network itself is phenomenal. Really fast and reliable wherever. Currently using in Saudi Arabia.

Good price & Service
Used Maya's esim for 1 month during my trip to the USA. I had a few places where it didn't work but it's probably not their fault. I use Maya for all my travels, their customer service is great, they quickly understand my problem and give a solution that fix it.

Integrity at the heart of what they do
Wonderful, honest service with the customer at the centre. I raised a query with Maya Mobile in respect of my needs on an upcoming holiday. Maya Mobile are clearly very forward thinking and are emerging into a new technology. My query was made in order to establish whether they’d be able to provide the reliability I needed or whether I would need to stick with the traditional, established method on this occasion. Their team member, via WhatsApp, not only gave me an accurate appraisal of the situation but actually recommended using a competitor with the already established technology in place. When they could instead have doubled down on their marketing materials and statements, they instead chose transparency. It’s a situation so rare that I thought it was worth drawing attention to. I will most definitely use them in the future. Well done Maya Mobile. Proof that you can run a successful business with integrity.

Based on reviews I bought the maya mobile international sim for 30 days. About a week in it stopped working on my phone and my friends phone who got the same plan. We were both left stranded, asking random people for hotspot! Their customer service started out okay when we started reporting the problem, and then nothing. They stopped replying to us completely. Still have not got a response and I am shocked that companies are still scamming like this. I am happy to delete this review, if the company would just respond to us and make right where they have gone wrong. I have had to buy another companies SIM card. Response to maya mobiles reply below: I have to edit my original review to respond to you, because you have not provided me a ticket to actually be able to address the matter as you said. Here is the case number: 889986 Like I said, I am happy to delete this review, but I need proof that your service actually works as I don’t want other people being led astray and wasting their money as well as being stuck in difficult situations just as I was. I wait for your response to rectify this situation. You can respond to my many emails and WhatsApp messages I have sent to MAYA. You can also respond to my friend who I have embarrassingly recommended your eSIM to and has stopped working. She has also tried contacting the company and has received no response.
