Strong Christian/Family owned business…

Strong Christian/Family owned business says a lot! We even go to the same Church. These guys take care of the customer. I’ve had problems with my power chair over the years and Marc has always resolved the problem immediately. Usually within the same day. I’ve had the brain replaced in my chair, so yes, they can do the electrical work also, among several other rebuild options available. May God bless you and your family with a wealth in business. Your hard work deserves the recognition. I’m proud to have you as a friend.

Excellent experience

The sales staff were excellent very helpful. So much easier to deal with a local place then on the phone or with a place over seas for this type of purchase.

I was looking for an electric wheelchair.

I was looking for an electric wheelchair. After looking at some sites, most offered no warranty. And no tech support. Then I saw Marc's Mobility. They not only had a warranty but a web site. Looking at the video and then calling with questions I ordered through them. I have been more then satisfied. Thank you. Rick

Great Service and products

All of the Marcs staff I've talked to have been very helpful, courteous, and professional. Their products are top of the line and in-line or better priced compared to their competitors. Their videos are well done, candid, and very instructional. Great company.

Another Slam Dunk

It’s always a pleasure to work with a company that values more than just processing orders. A team member reached out to ask specific questions to ensure that the product I ordered was compatible with my equipment and to discuss available options before finalizing the order. That level of attention and customer service gave me confidence that they genuinely care about their customers’ needs.

Go with Marc's Mobility

I chose this company because they are a small family-owned business and their videos on YouTube are very informative. Everything went as planned. I would like to think they had something to do with me getting both the right and left throttle controls on my scooter as it is not necessarily a standard configuration yet on the Baja Bandit. Thanks

They had the wheelchair part I needed and were priced better than other suppliers. They even called to make sure it was the right part I needed. They shipped it out very quickly too. It was a pleasure doing business with them.
