I am a merchant who processed real volume through this service and is now $5,000 down with no explanation and no release date. Everything below is first-hand and dated. I have kept every message, every timestamp and every screenshot. June 4, 2026 the balance disappears Roughly $5,000 of my pending balance was removed from my account with no prior notice, no email and no explanation. Merchants I know personally were hit on the same day. Nobody was warned and nobody was given a reason. June 8 I do exactly what I am told to do Support told me that held funds would only be released to a merchant's own account, and that if I wanted my money I needed to register one directly instead of processing through an intermediary. I registered the same day and confirmed my username in their support channel within hours. I was told the application would be reviewed. June 15, 18, 23 silence I followed up on all three dates. No status, no case reference, no timeline. On one of those follow-ups an agent replied "what can we help you with today" without having read a single line of the history sitting directly above their own message. I had to explain the entire situation from scratch, again. July 2 a new story appears Nearly a month later I was suddenly told my payout is held by their "old PSP" for 180 days, and that an email had been sent to me explaining this. That email does not exist in any of my inboxes. When I asked which address it had supposedly been sent to, they could not tell me. A 180-day hold is a serious commercial decision. It was in no notice I ever received, and it surfaced only after I refused to stop asking. Then I was blocked When I kept asking where my money was, my account request was denied and I was told they would not continue working with me "for attacking us." Asking a payment provider where your own balance went is not an attack it is the entire purpose of a payment provider. The result: no account, no release date, no documentation, no money. The circle This is the part that should worry anyone reading. When I ask one side, I am told the agreement sits with the other. When I ask the other side, I am pointed back, or told an unnamed "old PSP" is holding everything. Every party points at another party. The balance never moves. Nothing is ever put in writing. Update my personal data published in their public reply After I first wrote about this, the company responded publicly and included my full name, my email address and my phone number in their reply. Publishing a reviewer's private contact details is against Trustpilot's own rules for businesses, and I have reported it. Consider what that reply tells you. Not "here is your release date." Not "here is the documentation." Instead: publish the customer's phone number. That is a deliberate choice, and it is the same choice made at every step go after the person asking rather than answer the question. Where this stands I am pursuing this legally and I have the full record to do it: dates, message logs, screenshots, timestamps. I am happy to provide all of it for verification, because every line above is something I lived through and can prove. I am not the only merchant on this page describing the same pattern. I am not looking for a fight and I am not exaggerating for effect. I want the balance my customers paid me. That is all. If you are a merchant considering this service, ask yourself one question before you connect your revenue to it: what happens on the day they decide to stop replying to you? I can tell you exactly what happens, because I am living it. The money stays gone, the story changes every few weeks, and asking about it gets you blocked.

The took all my money. They say it's Venpayr's fault, but that's not true. Venpayr told me they have paid everything outstanding to Malum and have no orders that has not been paid.

Opened my account pretty quick with them. Onboarding was a good experience. Got my fiest customer to pay also and the payout was in my wallet within 2 minutes after testing. I love it

I want to share my experience to warn others about this platform. I was using their service normally, and everything seemed fine at first. Small withdrawals worked without any issues, which made the platform appear trustworthy. However, once my balance grew to a significant amount, everything changed. They suddenly froze my account without a valid explanation. Shortly after, my balance was reduced to $0. When I tried to contact support, they shifted the blame to a third party instead of taking responsibility. This is completely unacceptable and clearly deceptive behavior. It’s a classic tactic: gain trust with small transactions, then block access when larger amounts are involved. I have lost nearly $10,000 because of this. Please stay far away from this platform if you value your money. I am not the only victim, and I hope this report prevents others from going through the same situation.

I feel completely scammed by Malum. They are currently holding more than $5,000 of my funds and have failed to pay me despite repeated follow-ups. What is even more frustrating is that they keep blaming a supposed “third party” for the delay, even though I signed up and processed payments through Malum, not through any third party. As a merchant, I expect the payment provider I work with to take responsibility and provide clear answers. On top of that, their fees can be extremely high, sometimes reaching close to 30%. Paying such fees would be acceptable only if the service was reliable, but withholding merchants’ funds without a clear payout date is unacceptable. After reading other reviews, it appears I am not the only one experiencing these issues. If you are considering using Malum for your business, I strongly recommend exercising caution and doing thorough research before trusting them with your money. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service

This is a scam payment processor, once you get large amount, they will freeze your payout for weeks due to "Holidays" and they will ghost you when you ask about it. Lost +$3k USD with them. Avoid at all costs. Edit: If VenPayr is your payment partner and payouts are handled through your platform, why would I need to contact them directly? My relationship and agreement are with Malum, not VenPayr. The funds were processed through your service, and all communication regarding delayed or frozen payouts should be handled by Malum. Pointing customers to a third-party partner does not address the issue or resolve the concerns raised in this review.

Very disappointing experience. Their website is constantly offline, the fees are extremely high, and they block accounts and funds without any prior notice. The support is almost never available and doesn’t provide any real help. I’ve lost both time and money with this company definitely not recommended
