As a first time customer, Mail Order Meds made the process of ordering for the first time as smooth as possible: - They made it easy for my doctor to send them a prescription either by fax, email, or phone call. - The customer service number was amazing! They were so friendly, helpful, and patient on the phone, listening carefully to my questions and giving accurate answers. I never had to repeat myself, they never cut me off when I was talking, I felt like I was talking to a real person, not a cold bureaucrat following a script. - I saved hundreds of dollars a month! - They work with real pharmacies and real medicines from Canada the UK and New Zealand. They let me choose from which country I wanted the medicine and were up front about the costs. - The website was easy to use and understand. - My medication wasn't in stock with the pharmacy, so there was a small delay, but that happens every time at my local CVS, so it wasn't a surprise. - There was also a small delay crossing the US border and the US government charges a tariff (around $15 for me) -despite the delays, the medicine arrive in a reasonable time, a little under 2 weeks after I ordered.
