I originally got my daughter the subscription for her & my granddaughter, with the “I Love Mom” book! They loved it!! I then special ordered the “I Love Dad” book for her husband; another hit!!! They are so excited to receive their books each month & read them to their precious girl!!

I loved the likeness of my daughter …
I loved the likeness of my daughter was captured in the character in the book and her name was used thru out the book… I felt the character was similar description was of my daughter. Family members enjoyed the book as well.

My order arrived today
My order arrived today, July 15th. Everything is perfect! The caricature of my grandson is excellent. The book is well written and illustrated for a 5-year-old. I can't wait to read it with him.

No name for grandparent was written in this book even though it was asked at the making of the book
I was asked what name to use in the book and i answered with Gigi. It wasn’t used in the book. My granddaughter doesn’t know me as Grandma. Very disappointed

What and Amazing gift to share with your love ones!
I ordered a previous book for my grandson who's 9 years old. At this age, Videogames are their life!! Now he reads more often ✅ When the book came, it was amazing!! From the Hard cover, illustrations and the character looked Exactly like my grandson! He loves it and so do I! Waiting on his next story! I've subscribed to get a book monthly and I think I'm more excited than him! 🥰

Above and beyond to make sure it was done correctly!
So I’ve signed up for the membership a few months ago. Our very first book “Even whales go to bed” came out absolutely perfect! Looking just like our son, great quality and arrived on time. Unfortunately the next book wasn’t as great. Back story our son has a beautiful birth mark near his left eye not on his nose but near the bridge unfortunately AI doesn’t recognize it most of the time. It will make a raised mole and put it EVERYWHERE BUT WHERE I TYPE TO ADD IT. The company replaced that book later telling me it’s not anymore they could do to guarantee we’d receive a book that has his birthmark. And yes his avatar is saved with it, go figure. After several emails asking about publishing etc. I received a live call from Jason who explained everything as well took accountability for the situation. He was a great help with the resolve going above and beyond! He published the Father’s Day book that I didn’t purchase having paused the membership. I really wanted the book for Father’s Day, he did explain it would unfortunately arrive after which was perfectly fine. The book arrived today and I’m elated! I quickly reached out to Jason informing him, to learn they had to individually do every page by hand to assure it was consistent and right ! This right here SPEAKS VOLUMES!! He also told me to reach out to him moving forward so he could proof it before being published to lessen the chance of it not being right. THIS IS TOP TIER!!! I’ll forever remember this and continue to purchase. It’s a lot when you’re a small business especially one that uses modern technology some times you can’t rely on technology but you should be able be able to rely on the company to resolve it. WHEN THEY’RE committed to their brand and customers they will always find resolutions. But ppl like him are an asset to have on their team. Thank you again Jason! Mrs.Burrell 💙

First impressions are the most lasting impressions
