Great products excellent customer service
Working with this team has been a wonderful experience. I only had an issue with one product one time and they instantly sent me a new one and we’re available to discuss. Their packaging is the best I’ve ever seen for their products. I will keep buying from them forever!

Was double charged due to an error code…
Was double charged due to an error code on the website. Quick reply no problem. Jamesy their customer service person has told me twice in 4 weeks that my refund has been processed. It has not. After the first 9 day waiting period she got back to me and told me they switched to a new processor. And that she had been notified by the new processor it had been processed and I should have my money returned promptly. Approximately 5 days after that CJ the CEO stepped in to tell how expensive it was to refund my money. He offered Zelle and Venmo as alternatives. I'd hate to say they're lying but twice they've said was in fact being processed and it clearly is not. Then as a gesture of goodwill offered a 75 credit on orders over 300. The website currently has a promotion of 50 off 250 with free shipping. They offered me a discount that's not as good as the one on the website. At this point it's kinda comical. It's 233 credit not a huge order but cmon. 4 weeks now.......

Thank you for speeding up my recent order; I was impressed by how swiftly it arrived. the packaging was also outstanding. having placed several orders for research peptides before, I found your presentation to be the best I have seen. the custom box and secure vial compartments are a great touch. I also appreciate the inclusion of the reconstitution water. it was an unexpected and useful addition to my order. you are certainly setting a high standard for the industry. I look forward to sharing this experience with my associates and ordering from you again soon

Felt like unpacking an iphone
Incredible customer service. Shipping was a little delayed, but reached out to the team. They immediately fixed it and shipped a replacement ASAP. First place that actually answered my call and spoke to a human... then got the box and it legit felt like I was unboxing an iPhone, insane packaging, insane materials. No idea how they can do it.

Delayed delivery
Ordering was very easy, and the company did attempt to keep the integrity of the product intact. Unfortunately, the delivery time was estimated to be two days, it ended up being 4 days and all the cold packs were hot causing my product to warm/ compromised. I am super bummed but also know LuvionBio can’t control a fedex delay.
