Love the diamond and the quality of the product along with its price points!! The customer service team was great, the delivery time was quick and easy!! Although my loose diamond was not packaged securely so I have reached out to them about it. Hopefully they will get back to me soon, but still would love to recommend!!

I found Luvansh through a Google search. Recently I had been scammed by a jewelry seller on Ebay that had 100% positive feedback on his items which seemed promising. I'd also had extensive conversations with the seller where he confirmed all his products were CVD lab grown diamonds. I purchased the stones and discovered after taking them to a jeweler, that the stones were ALL FAKE. Based on this experience, I was hesitant to deal with ANY kind of online shop until I discovered Luvansh. Everything was authenticated and I could cross reference their products. My first shipment arrived VERY quickly and securely within three days of placing my order. Delivery was exceptional. I took the stones to the same jeweler for verification and authenticity and he confirmed that the IGI numbers were engraved on the stones. I have just confirmed my second order of three (3) lab grown diamonds with Luvansh and plan to buy more.
Frustrating order process but great value and quality
The product and value for the price are excellent compared to market. The one tech issue that significantly degraded my experience was with the order process. When I attempted to place my first order, I got a payment error notification and no indication that it had been placed, no order number or status in my account — it looked as though it didn’t go through, but the charge did. Apparently, that’s normal and there’s a payment hold that usually takes a day to clear — which would be fine if it was disclosed beforehand, or better yet, if an order with a pending status was made visible to the customer. Instead, I tried placing the same order twice more, which the system let me do, and then I had to deal with getting refunds for all three; placing again and going through the same process knowing it would take a day before any order info showed up in my account. There are a few relatively simple ways to solve this, and I hope Luvansh does as it would greatly improve their customer experience. Delivery was quicker than expected, the product is great, and their customer service was responsive. Overall, 3.5 stars rounds to 4.

So I have mixed feelings about this company. When you buy a returnable product, everything is fine, but if you buy a final-sale item, which is non-refundable, it becomes an issue even if the product itself has a serious flaw. In my case, I recently bought an earring that was final sale. I did not carefully check it before purchasing and receiving it. The earring's post was way too thick and rough to get into my ear hole, caused a lot of pain, and after all, led to an ear infection that I am still suffering from. My half of the ear hole is still inflamed and kind of feels like it is blocked, although I can still push it in to wear the earring. I am seriously thinking about reopening the ear piercing if it is not getting better. So I sent them an email regarding this issue with pictures comparing how thick and rough their earring's post is compared to the standard earring's out there. Well, I have to tell you guys. They don't take any CRAP. They offered to fix it for $60, but I would rather bring it to the local jeweler to fix it for that amount, not to mention I have to spend the money for the shipping. I did argue with their customer team a few times by email, but quickly realized they will not do anything even if their products cause serious health issues. THEY ARE FIRM WITH THEIR FINAL SALE POLICY NO MATTER WHAT!! Their diamond quality is decent, and their prices are competitive with other companies, but think twice and carefully check whether you are buying final-sale products. If you are lucky, you will be a happy customer. If not, be ready to be quite upset.
The shipping was extremely fast. I got my order in just a few days. And both of my earrings are stunning. I can’t get over just how high quality the diamonds are. I’ve been very happy with my purchases so far!
