Order took a month to be delivered from an international company. Once received it was the wrong product from description. Decor was described as 30” height and I received a table top 9” size. I reached out to customer service via the Walmart app and they issued me a refund without any other explanation. It’s been an almost 4weeks and have yet to see a refund in my account. order# 2000140-84599257

Luosh masks are well-made and cost less than the Made in USA masks I had bought before. I ordered mine directly from the Luosh website and checkout was quick and easy. They shipped quickly and the shipping cost was very reasonable. They had good post-order followup emails. (I used to work in ecommerce and used to manage all this kind of things myself so I know a good ordering process when I see one.) I carry a Luosh mask in my back pocket all the time now. I told my friends about Luosh masks on Facebook.

Luosh USA is the highest quality and most affordable American-made KN95 mask I have found since 2020. I have top confidence in their materials, construction, design and the comfort & efficacy of the finished product. I use Luosh masks every single day while at work, cleaning, yard work, visits to Wegmans or the doctor's office, etc. I have gone through hundreds of these masks in the last couple of years...the quality stays consistent and never lags. Luosh USA delivers confidence & quality for half the price of other US manufacturers.

Someone answered the phone quickly when I had a question. They sounded professional and knowledgeable. I have sensitivities. I was hoping that I wouldn't be sensitive to the materials. Unfortunately, I'm not going to be able to use the product. It seem to bother my facial skin as soon as I put it on. In about addition, it wasn't really soft like I thought the material was going to be.

I still think that the masks are really soft but I have encountered some problems with the mask now. Inspection is important before packaging and I have found some defective mask in the packaging. Please ensure that Inspection is done correctly, because at this point I'm the one loosing money. Please stay honest and you won't lose me as a client.

I love these masks! I bought them during the pandemic and have continued to purchase them because they check all of my boxes--material, quality, fit, color, quantity, price, and made in the USA. Thank you Team Luosh!
