Selecting flooring is a significant decisionm After visiting a local The Floor Store, I found the cost exorbitant and started looking for ways to purchase with fewer middleman expenses. I tried ordering samples from manufacturers but found the process a bit too hands offm Then, I discovered Lumberjack Direct. our assigned sales rep Jake (who is an expert in the industry, not just a salesperson) was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and always ready to help me get samples and discuss the pros and cons of different products. he was never pressing me to make a decision or to choose something I didn't want. we finally ended up purchasing one of their in-house-made custom products, which we found to be not only even more cost-effective than the big brands, but also a better quality and beautiful product. in the end, I can only say that my experience could not have been any betterm Trying to buy such an important and permanent product like flooring definitely seems like an in-person IRL-required experience but I
