After 6 weeks, still no ring
I wish I could review the quality of the ring itself, but after more than six weeks, I still can't. I placed my order on June 11 because Lucenjuri promised delivery by June 21. I chose them specifically because I wanted to propose to my girlfriend over the Fourth of July, surrounded by fireworks—her favorite holiday. That moment came and went because the ring never arrived. The company eventually explained that the ring had been delayed in customs and said they had requested its return so they could make a new one with a slightly larger diamond. While I appreciate the gesture, it doesn't change the fact that we are now starting over after weeks of waiting. They also offered a $100 refund and a $200 gift card for the inconvenience, but I still haven't received either. The biggest disappointment has been for my fiancée. Instead of proudly wearing the engagement ring we carefully chose together, she's been wearing a temporary "fake" ring while we continue to wait. Every time someone asks to see her ring or congratulates us, she's reminded that the real one still hasn't arrived. What should have been one of the happiest and most memorable times of our lives has instead become an ongoing source of frustration and disappointment. At this point, I honestly don't know whether or when I'll receive the ring. After repeated delays and unfulfilled promises, I've begun to question whether I made the right decision ordering from Lucenjuri at all. I'm now considering canceling the order and purchasing from another jeweler that can actually deliver what they promise. I hope the company eventually makes this right, because the customer service representatives have been polite in their communications. But when you're buying an engagement ring, reliability matters just as much as craftsmanship. A beautiful ring means very little if it isn't there for the moment that matters most. Based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend Lucenjuri.

This company is the best out there
This company is the best out there! They customized the chain to a gorgeous necklace I bought and it’s perfect. Gorgeous lab diamonds. The best customer support I have ever experienced. I was kept in the loop through the whole process. Christine and Emma are the absolute best customer care people I have ever encountered, which says a lot because I’ve purchased a lot of jewelry in my life. The entire company is as wonderful because of the people who run it. Super quick shipping as well. I could write an even longer review but I will spare all of you from my babbling. Bottom line, this is a company who makes beautiful jewelry at excellent prices. It is made up of truly caring people, every one of them. Christine and Emma are awesome to work with, guiding you through the entire process. They aren’t just in the business to make money, they strive for customer satisfaction! The only other thing I can say is give them a try! You will be so happy you did!

First time ordering from Lucenjuri & I highly recommend them!
I ordered for the first time from Lucenjuri some lab grown diamond earrings and a lab grown diamond necklace. The customer service was excellent! I was emailed quickly by them informing me they did not have any diamonds in the size I selected at a quality level that met their standards so they provided a complimentary upgrade to the next size up diamond. The jewelry arrived with great presentation including beautiful boxes and a nice bag for gifting. The look of the jewelry was as expected and beautiful. They also provide IGI certificates for the center stones which matched up with the engravings on the diamonds. I highly recommend them and will certainly order jewelry from them again in the future.

Ordering was easy, the products were packaged very well— the items were secured in many ways to eliminate any risk of damage— and my follow up questions were handled quickly and expertly by their support team. Great product- amazing customer service
I purchased a diamond necklace for fiance as a wedding gift- the necklace and diamond itself are beautiful and was delivered so quickly. Because I ordered it a little to close to the wedding date I reached out to customer service to verify it would arrive on time and worked with Christine, who was the kindest and absolute best to work with. She helped me though the entire process and kept me up to date on all of the steps along the way. She really made the experience such a breeze.

Lucenjuri is the real deal and exceeded my expectations
This site didn't have a lot of reviews going in and the prices seemed *too good* but the product I received (a lab diamond pendant necklace) set in platinum FAR exceeded my expectations. I cannot recommend lucenjuri enough. The shipping was fast, the product is beautiful, and they answered questions along the way... all at a price that was astonishing. And my fiancée was absolutely blown away for mother's day.

I just want to leave a glowing review for the purchase I made from Lucenjeri. The ring I ordered was indeed what I was hoping for! The customer service , jewelry consultant named Christine was very efficient and extremely responsive to my every need during the process of selection of the ring, answering of all questions and direction on how to place the order. I was so satisfied with the entire experience and ring itself, I will be ordering through them again. I will also be recommending them as a company to friends going forward !
