Great customer service and product
Great customer service and product! We made a small ordering mistake and they got right back to us and went out of their way to help and resolve for us. We look forward to working with this business for our RV parts in the future.

Sizing Problems and Returns
I had some problems with my sizing and believed I had the right ones. I worked with Martin and he helped me not just with returns but went above and beyond in his situation. I can't recommend enough the generosity I was shown, I've recommended to friends and would consider if in the market for climbing shoes!!

Ordered my item on May 26th
Ordered my item on May 26th. Shipping label created immediately. Item sat for 8 days. No activity. Finally called Lotz Outdoors and spoke to Martin. Martin said he would find out what was going in with the vendor and call.me back. Didn't call me back. I called a second time and asked for a refund. That didn't happen. Ask for an email and proof of refund. Still waiting for that to happen. If Martin would communicate and return emails or calls, I would be patient. Finally did a charge back with my bank. Wouldnt recommended this business.

Responsive Customer Service
My order arrived slightly later than the provided estimated. However, the company explained that the delay was because the item shipped from their warehouse in Utah instead of Pennsylvania. Overall, customer service was responsive and the item in my order arrived in good condition and as advertised .
