As a small business owner, I must say that I am really happy with Customer Service and the results I received knowing how fast and communicative all the representatives was an I am a happy customer and will give them more than five star. Chris Difabio & Katie Utter went above and beyond to get me set up with my Sba loan. Single Rate digit for 10 years paid of my Line of credit at My bank paid off Bankers health group BHG loan plus a couple credit cards very helpful and personal able people even talked about some life experiences.

Our experience with LoanBud was excellent from start to finish. Nick Greto was absolutely amazing throughout the entire SBA loan process. What can often be a long and overwhelming experience felt much more manageable because of his patience, professionalism, and guidance. Nick was incredibly accessible, responded to emails quickly, answered every phone call, and stayed with us every step of the way through loan closing day. We truly appreciated how committed he was to making sure we understood the process and felt supported throughout it. We also had the pleasure of working with Ebony Marvin-Smalls, who helped us gather and organize all of the required documentation. She was kind, thorough, and took the time to explain each document in detail, which made the process so much smoother. We cannot say enough about our overall experience with LoanBud. Grey and Shonas were fantastic throughout the entire process. There were several points during the acquisition where external parties and unexpected issues threatened to delay or derail the closing timeline, but they consistently helped keep things moving forward and focused on solutions. What stood out most was their responsiveness and commitment. Grey made himself available virtually anytime I needed guidance, even during major personal events in his own life. That level of dedication and customer service is rare and gave me confidence that I had the right team helping me navigate a very complex SBA acquisition. Working with the LoanBud team on an SBA 7(a) working capital loan for my client was a positive experience. Grey and Ebony were professional throughout the process, and the underwriting team ultimately worked with us to get the deal across the finish line.
