LoadUP did an amazing job! Communication is excellent from start to finish, they showed up on time, and took care of everything quickly and professionally. The whole process was easy and stress-free, and I thought the price was very reasonable. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

So easy to book on line. The prices were well below every where else I looked and they came the next day. They texted me updates. Arrived within the initial window they gave me and texted me more specific times on the day off. There are discounts for curbside pick up v. in house pick up and for bulk pick ups. They take multiple types of payments. All in all great service!

Load Up was easy to use and the did exactly what I needed (hauled away large pieces that could not be sold or donated) at a reasonable price. The app made communication easy and efficient and I was able to communicate how to navigate to our home easily (it can be tricky). Highly recommend!

The entire process was online user friendly by selecting the furniture you want removed and instantly you are given a direct quote. If quote meets your needs then you can schedule online. The loaders were punctual, friendly and professional. I will use this company again if need be

The expense is well worth the money especially if you have large heavy items. Prices are very competitive. You will not be disappointed. Plus the ability to book your appointment is top notch.

I had an unusual situation with delivery of a bed, set up with Upload to remove old king mattress and get new one upstairs. The delivery of the mattress kept getting changed so of course Upload needed to be called. They changed their arrival day, time each time with kindness, helpful suggestions, each time I spoke with them they were right on ball to accomidate me. When the men came to do the exchange, they texted with updates of when I would need them and were right on time with their arrival. They all had good attitudes and friendly helpfulness. I was very impressed with the whole interaction! I would recommend their service highly. FK
