The product that arrived does not match the website listing. The listing listed the item as “Anti-Tip Wheels” and the description stated the item includes everything in the photo. The photo shows two wheels and all mounting hardware for two wheels. What arrived was a single wheel. I send an email of complaint with zero response from Living Well.

Great service! I was amazed at how quickly the battery was delivered. Unfortunately it was the wrong battery. The picture on the box was the correct battery, but the battery inside was not. I called and Living Well immediately sent the correct battery. They sent a label for me to return the incorrect battery. Quick and responsive customer service!

I bought an expensive mobility scooter off them. I started running into electrical problems, To be fair they tried to solve the problem and for a time it worked, then came back again. It would shut off randomly I would have to get off the scooter lots of times on a hill and press a reset button.They told me that was inconvenient.If you have neuropathy it;s a LOT worse than that. Seems they are tired of it all and have bunkered up. Not returning my emails or calls.Everything I say here is the truth 2 stars for when the did try and help.They ask for a date but happened multiple times,

Living Well Stores was incredibly responsive and helpful in helping a friend get his new electric wheelchair up and running. The company’s staff obviously care about their customers. I would strongly recommend Living Well to anyone in the market for mobility devices.

Called the office and rec'd help to locate and order correct key for their Drive 4 wheel Scooter. The keys came quickly and Papa was on the road again !

My mother, 91, is wonderful but abhors changes. If I want her to try ANYTHING new, I simply have to get it and convince her to try it. She has always been a consummate gardener but due to her mobility issues has not been able to get out there. With her new Pride mobility Revo 2, she is getting out into the garden and her quality of life had improved immensely. I would highly recommend Living Well as the salesperson was able to answer all my questions in an informative and pleasant manner. So refreshing to speak to a live person! Thank you Living Well.
