Easy to order and track shipment. Showed up as promised. The product is great. However, the documentation was sparce. There was no User's Manual included and I spent many hours searching the internet and watching videos to get my spa up and running. As a first-time spa owner, I still spend too much time researching steps to manage the spa.

Failed to contact me after passing the stated shipping time frame (website stated 5-7 business days). Website now indicates increased lead times, but did not state that at the time of my order. After waiting two weeks and still no shipping information provided, I contacted customer service only to find out they were experiencing problems getting my order from the factory. They offered to replace it with a different color and stated it would ship the next day, which it did. However, when it arrived, it was not the color I was promised even after changing to one that was supposed to be in stock (replacement color was espresso with artic white interior - what arrived was espresso with sea salt interior). They did offer me a replacement set of steps since the steps I originally ordered matched the original color (grey) not the new color (espresso). Original order date was end of May. Tub finally arrived June 26th, a month after placing the original order. Generally speaking, I am happy with the tub as it performs well, but the customer service side needs some work as I had to initiate contact when it didn't ship instead of the other way around.
