I could not keep my appointment due to death in family and this company was very uncaring and would not refund my money 😒. If a company doesn't care about your loss then they surely don't give af about you, JUST GETTING MONEY.

They are excellent!! They tend to your needs easy to connect with. I personally recommend them for a weight loss journey or any other complications a person may have

If I could give them -20 rating I would. Between Feb. 2026 and Aug. 2026, they have charged by FSA benefits card in excess of $2000, and I have received no product or services from them. They were unable to finish my "on-boarding," so I can't log-in to access customer service. They bombard me with text messages that claim to be from an active mailbox, but I have not received any responses. There are many alternatives, including through your human doctor. Pick one of those! If I receive a full refund from them, I will revise this review, but I don't have any hope of that.

Absolutely abysmal. You pay to have prescriptions written. If you want nutritional support or have questions, you’re lucky if you can get a rushed 15 min appointment. Most of my questions went unanswered. Not worth the money!

I felt like I was talking to a friend who genuinely had my best interest at heart. It didn’t seem like a sells call or anything like that. She laughed at my corny jokes, answered all my questions, went above and beyond and was very welcoming. GIVE THIS LADY MORE MONEY!!!!!! Thanks!

Ruslan was absolutely amazing from start to finish! He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer every question I had without ever making me feel rushed. He explained everything clearly, made the entire intake process easy to understand, and was so patient throughout the conversation. Medicine showed up on time for first 3-4 months than was a lag. After couple more months I thought I had canceled there service but was only a pause they say?? Cancel is cancel, not paused. Of course they charge me for 3 months of service that I will not use. LifeMD are Crooks at the end of when you want to cancel. Deduct funds without you knowing.I asked nicely for a refund and get the run around?? Would not recommend Life MD

I had the pleasure of speaking with Staci today about Life MD. She was absolutely wonderful. I had several questions and she took the time to answer every single question thoroughly and patiently. She explained the program in a way that was easy to understand and made sure I was comfortable and informed.

I was charged again even after I told this company to cancel my account. They charged me $19 for the weight management portion (that I can’t even use because they canceled my account) I am going to do a stop charge on this company, be very careful. No one ever answers the phone or answers my emails. Now I have no way of taking my credit card payment off

Rebecca was the first person in a very long time that had so much patience helping me. Having someone so kind was great. Very thorough and her voice was excellent. Best customer service person I've spoken to for the longest time. She's good. Needs a raise

Very unsafe and the nurse I talked to had no idea what she was doing. She just wanted to send me estrogen when I can’t take estrogen and she couldn’t understand why. They do NOT look out for your health. They just push pills
