I’m very disappointed with the experience so far. I had my lab work done almost a month ago, and my results are still not available. It honestly feels like the process is so slow that another monthly membership charge comes through before you even get to speak with a doctor or start any actual treatment. I can’t say whether that’s intentional, but that’s certainly how it feels as a customer. If you’re paying for a membership, you should expect timely lab results and access to care—not weeks of waiting with no clear answers.

Started off great, but terrible customer support

I was a happy Lifeforce customer for almost a year. But when the scheduling testing went from very convenient to impossible, I found their customer to be non-existent. Initially, every three months I was given a week of time-slots for testing. When you're busy and travel often, this is a lifesaver. But this changed after I paid for a year. Instead of being given a set of options of when to schedule a blood draw, I was notified that someone would contact me to schedule an appointment within 7 days. This never happened. Twice, after more than a week had passed I had to file a support ticket to initiate the scheduling myself. Only then was I contacted by someone. And instead of coordinating a time to schedule a draw, a time was dictated to me that was convenient for the provider. When this time inevitably did not work, I was dictated another time usually weeks in the future. I was told that I could not schedule appointments during the week because the provider had a job. And while the poor experience scheduling a draw could be the result of one subcontractor, their lack of customer support from lifeforce cannot be explained. I filed five support tickets about this experience over the course of months but received zero replies. If you happen to have a good provider, lifeforce is amazing. But if you happen to get a bad one, they'll ignore you.

The greatest thing about my experience…Becoming aware of all the markers that determine my overall health

The greatest thing about my experience with Lifeforce is becoming aware of all of the markers that are important to my health. Because I live a distance from the closest Quest diagnostic facility, it's a little cumbersome, but it's well worth the trip. Laura Stock and Jillian are very attentive to my questions. Overall, I'm really excited about continuing to monitor my health. Frazer

Outstanding service

I have dealt with a few on-line providers over the last 2 years and by far, my experience with lifeforce has been the best. The zoom call with my provider was very informative. She took the time to really explain my lab results, what each panel meant and how it could be improved. She didn't try to upsell me on additional services and I felt she was very professional. My calls with other services have usually lasted 10 minutes or less and I have always felt like they are rushing to get me off the call. I am giving their membership a try and I hope that service remains great. At this point, I would highly recommend Lifeforce.

I’ve been a Lifeforce member for…

I’ve been a Lifeforce member for several years, and my recent experiences have been extremely disappointing. Most recently, I was prescribed 30 tablets but received only 17 in my shipment. This is a serious medication error, not a minor issue. When I contacted customer service, I was told this was “not a big deal,” which is unacceptable given that this involves my health. What’s even more concerning is that this is not an isolated incident. In the past, my prescription was delayed/held back by a customer service representative for no clear reason, causing unnecessary stress and disruption. At the same time, I am paying $129/month for membership and $80 for prescription. Being charged in full while dealing with repeated issues, lack of accountability, and poor customer service is simply not acceptable. For a company operating in the healthcare space, accuracy, reliability, and responsiveness should be basic standards. Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite. I hope Lifeforce takes this seriously and makes significant improvements.

Very Impressed with Quality of Advice & Care

After a rocky start scheduling my zoom appointment to review the results of my blood work I had an excellent interaction with Dr Rob Rogers. Dr Rogers gave a comprehensive explanation and review of the results. He was extremely well prepared, informed, measured and deliberate. Thoroughly enjoyed the interaction and experience with him and looking forward to dialing in and optimizing my biomarkers

There is a lot of pushing vitamins

There is a lot of pushing vitamins, very little support. The "nutritionists" give useless information like "take more fiber" in response to very long questions. Its very expensive and your somewhat on your own.
