I had a great experience purchasing my Microsoft Office license. The customer service was excellent and very responsive. I accidentally purchased a Windows version, and they quickly exchanged it for a Mac license without any hassle. They were professional, helpful, and made the process easy. I really appreciated how smoothly they handled the exchange and their willingness to make sure I received the correct product. I would definitely recommend them and would purchase from them again.

John was the representative who assisted me. I was very satisfied with the customer support I received from him. John understood, quickly responded and resolved the issue, answered other inquiries I had and offered further assistance if needed. Soft difficulty
The guy John was very helpful, mannerly and patient. I never got the idea that he was irritated helping me, unlike other services. He fixed my problem within a short time. It was a simple solution but for me a task. Thanks John and the service team. The software is working 100 percent. The video instructions can be slightly improved.

After buying their life time MS Office
After buying their life time MS Office, initially i had problems activating. However, 'John' from Support Team was incredible. He managed to sort all the problems out that occurred which did take several hours but his quick responses and continued effort was commendable. Thank god for John. I wouldnt say it was the product from Licensechoice, just computers being computers and possibly operator error on my behalf. But John was superb and an asset to that company. Thank you.

Super product, super value, super support
I bought Microsoft Office 2024 Professional Version last year and was very happy to get it installed so easily. Great value. Then, a couple of days ago, I ran into a licensing issue with the package. Thanks to the terrific support from John and team at Licensechoice.com the problems could be fixed easily. Super product, super value, super support! Only can recommend this to anyone.

I used to regularly buy from Groupon many years ago and so glad I found Office 2024 here yesterday . But after installing , what I thought was simple overriding my old software to this was so simple but turns out to be more than 2 hours nightmare ( including checking with AI ) . BUT I'm so thankful I wrote to Support and a gentleman by name of John REALLY helped me so fast , efficient and super helpful. My problem was solved during our few emails communication and I can sleep well. Most of all now I discovered the value and benefit of Groupon, I will make it a habit to check what's available everyday when able. Thanks John 🙏
