They declined my order, and refused to tell me why or provide an alternative to purchase. Basically called me a fraudster too in their explanation. I guess I'll give my dollars to someone else online who actually want it and don't accuse me of being a scammer. Which is too bad because these guys were recommended by a Youtuber I follow, Florida Stacker.

The prices are within range of the market price. The delivery service is excellent. The product is sent out within 3-5 business days after your payment has cleared. Your product is sent out by FedEx for free and signature is required. Liberty Coin is excellent precious coin company.

I received my first, and possibly last order on Saturday 5/23/26 and was totally disappointed in the quality of 3 out of the five coins. Please refer to order XXXXXX for five BU Random Date Silver Eagles. Of the five coins I would consider two of them (dated 2022 and 2013) to be BU quality. Regarding the other three coins, one has obvious toning or a stain (dated 2009), one is off color and has dirt or debris built up on the surface and around the edge (dated 2013), and the last one has scratches above the "IN GOD WE TRUST" (dated 2004). Those three coins are circulated and two of them would be considered culls in my opinion. I would like my money refunded or those three coins replaced with BU quality coins. Since February 12th of this year, I have purchased $12,344.15 worth of silver from SD Bullion, Hero Bullion, and JM Bullion and have never been disappointed with the quality of those purchases. I realize that is not a huge amount compared to many of your sales, but for this retired Navy Submarine Vet it is a significant amount of investment. I intend on spending at least that much, if not more over the next six months. I read reviews on TrustPilot, and researched other reviews on Liberty Coins before I placed my order for 5 BU coins as a test of quality, customer service, as well as processing and shipping time. The quality of three of the coins in this order is extremely disappointing with regards to what those reviews said about your organization. It is my hope that some type of error was made in shipping those three coins as BU quality. I would like a resolution to this situation as soon as possible so a review I will write on TrustPilot will be a positive one. Please inform me of the process for returning all five coins and getting my money back or for replacing three of the five coins. I request a phone call to 308-289-4014 with a return authorization number and an address to return the entire order or the three coins that are not of BU quality. They offered me a $10 refund on my order. No offer to return the coins. I will not be doing business with them again.

Scumbags ...I ordered a roll of Morgan dollars they were all 1886-p common dates. Not one different date or even one mintmark coin in the roll. I wanted a full refund and they said no. I lost $1556.00 to these rip offs con artists. All the coins were worn and cleaned. Was to be BU when I ordered them. Sent me trash

I Placed an order on Monday October 13th through eBay- buy it now for 20 silver eagle 2024 coins $1027.00. This was my 4th order in less then a month from Liberty same item- same buy it now price. Seller sent my items. While items were in route and to be delivered on Wednesday the 16th the seller re-routed my shipment back to themselves. This I confirmed through fed ex. They claim they rerouted my order due to a “pricing error”. The price of silver rose slightly while my items were in route- this is not my fault. The seller believes the items are worth more and can sell them for a higher price (which they did)so they re-routed my shipment back to themselves and cancelled the auction and then listed the coins for a higher price. As I stated I have purchased the same 20 coins 5 days prior and also purchased 2 coins at a time twice in the prior weeks. I left this seller appropriate negative feedback which they quickly deleted. Big sellers on eBay can control their feedback. I found this out through a BBB complaint that I filed against eBay because of this sellers fraudulent activity. I have proof and receipts of all purchases and fed ex tracking showing Liberty rerouting my shipment. This is fraud. This is greed.

I am seeking assistance regarding Liberty Coin's failure to send 'GOLD' and their subsequent refusal to accept responsibility. The weight mismatch of the certified letter's content, as verified by FedEx,”EMPTY PACKAGE “suggests a brushing scam. A class-action lawsuit is in consideration in Rhode Island!

I placed my very first order with this company online on Tuesday. The website says it would take 2 or 3 days to process the order. Friday morning the delivery was made. Never spoke to a single person at the company at any time. I was nervous until my order arrived. You never know what will happen when you order from someone you have never ordered from before. All the negative thoughts entered my mind. Are they legitmate? Are they really reputable? Am I going to get the product that I ordered? Thankfully the answers were yes, yes, and yes. The only thing that I was not made aware of was that the package would be shipped using a discreet label for privacy and security purposes. It was a little confusing because I had three other packages scheduled to arrive the same day. I am very happy with my order from this company and I do recommend giving them a try. John 3:16
