Leonlite customer support was outstanding! Judy worked with me step by step in troubleshooting my installation and ordering a replacement. Judy was knowledgeable and professional throughout the process. I highly recommend Leonlite.

I lost a small bracket to hang the…
I lost a small bracket to hang the lights, they offered to sell me just a bracket or a smaller pack of the same lights lights. It was my fault I lost the bracket and for them to actually provide parts is HUGE most companies do not offer replacement parts now a days. Anyways I ended up buying the smaller pack to have extras just in case! Of course as soon as the lights showed up, I found the bracket in the dirt… But I have extra lights if any ever malfunction! I installed 40 lights in front and back, they all work great!

so just to give you some context, I was looking at some of their fixtures for a backyard project and wasnt sure if the mounting situation would work with my setup. Sent them an email expecting maybe a generic response or to get bounced around. Not gonna lie, I was impressed. Got a real answer within a day, and when I had a follow up question they walked me through it patiently. No copy paste nonsense, the person actually read what I wrote and addressed the specific issue. Took maybe three emails total over a couple days and I had all the info I needed. Your mileage may vary but my experience with their support was solid. They seem to genuinely care about getting the fit right before you buy, which I respect. Nice change from companies that just want the sale and disappear after.
