First things first,the shipping was faster than expected. Second,the packaging was amazing and arrived in good condition. Third,the glasses were exactly what I ordered and were just my size. Love the concept of being able to have prescription lenses! I find it hard nowadays to find places with good quality glasses for a affordable price but they have so many styles and from my experience, their quality is no different from other glasses I got from more expensive brands. Overall love the glasses and they fit great!

I had a very positive experience with Lensmart. I absolutely love the style and quality of the glasses I ordered. There was a misunderstanding with the prescription for one pair, but their customer service team was patient, responsive, and worked with me until we figured out exactly what had happened. They answered all of my questions, helped identify the issue, and ultimately remade my lenses at no additional cost. I really appreciated that they were willing to find a fair solution instead of leaving the issue unresolved. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and the way their customer service handled everything. I would definitely order from Lensmart again and recommend them to others.

I am extremely disappointed with Lensmart. For the past week and a half, I have been unable to place an order for glasses. Every time I try to check out, I receive a message saying the system is under maintenance or to try again later. What’s even more frustrating is that my mom is able to order glasses without any issues, so this doesn’t seem to be a website-wide problem. I’ve also tried placing my order from multiple different devices, including my friends’ phones and tablets, and I still get the same error every time. I’ve reached out to customer service several times asking for help and even asked if my account could be unrestricted because it feels like something is blocking me from ordering. Unfortunately, I have either received no response or have only been told to “try again later,” with no real explanation or solution. As a customer, it’s very frustrating to be unable to make a purchase for over a week with no clear reason why. I expected better customer service and communication. Based on my experience, I have lost confidence in Lensmart and hope they improve both their support and how they handle account issues.
Horrible customer service! This was my first time purchasing eyeglasses from this company, and I bought three pairs. After receiving them, I decided to return one pair because the frame did not suit my face. I contacted customer service and was informed that they do not cover return shipping, which I understood and agreed to. I returned the eyeglasses through USPS and paid $11 out of my own pocket for standard shipping. After they received the return, I was shocked to see that they deducted additional shipping costs from my refund, even though I had already paid the return shipping myself. The glasses I returned cost $25, but I only received a $9 refund. This experience was extremely disappointing. I will not be purchasing from this company again, and I hope others are aware of their return process before ordering.
