4 stars - decent quality lenses overall, shipping was a bit slower than expected but the product itself held up well. Customer service responded within a day when I had a question about my order. Not perfect but I'd order again.

Mari watched over my account, and was great. The guys that put the lenses in the frame were also great. I have no problem forwarding people that need the same service to you.

I love and collect eyeglasses so Lensfactory has become an important resource for me. They have created the lenses for several reading glasses and sunglasses, all priced reasonably, and delivered on time. They are an incredible asset!

The prescription is correct, I got my tint and it beautiful blue. I was happy because I thought I had sent the glasses but I realized I didn’t and sent them anyway hoping that it’s wasn’t too late. I really appreciate I was able to get my new prescription in my old glasses.

Quality lenses and affordable. The only thing that's frustrating was the shipment. It took longer than making the lense itself. Hoping to have a faster shipment next time. I will definitely recommend and use it for my next set of glasses.

Glad I could get glasses at such a good price. They seem to be exactly what I would have gotten elsewhere for double the price. Thanks!

A simple process from start to finish. I had an old pair of glasses that I absolutely loved and wanted to put my new prescription in them and was thrilled to find a company that could do that at a much more reasonable price.oh did I mention these glasses make me look younger.

I'm just very happy that someone still makes glass lenses. Never cared for the easily scratched plastic lenses that seem to attract oils and dust.

Very happy with my new lenses. They are very light and I can see clearly. Transitions lenses are getting dark quickly in the sun.
