Outstanding customer service!
Outstanding customer service! I originally sent my Julbo mountain sunglasses to LendDirect to have the lenses replaced. These are the sunglasses I rely on during my mountain expeditions, so they are much more than just another pair of sunglasses to me. Unfortunately, the package was stolen. USPS considered it "delivered" and refused to compensate for the loss, leaving me in a very frustrating situation. That's when the team at LendDirect stepped forward. They didn't have to do anything—but they chose to help. They sent me a brand-new pair of sunglasses at no cost. Even more impressively, the replacement pair is actually a higher-end model with even better features than my original Julbos. This is the kind of customer service that is becoming incredibly rare. LendDirect showed that they truly care about their customers, their reputation, and standing behind the products they sell. Because of this experience, I can recommend LendDirect without hesitation. Great prescription lenses, awful website
I can’t say a single negative thing about the quality of the lenses I received from this company. They are top-notch and I’ve purchased two pairs. The website, however, never worked correctly and was very frustrating. I spent at least an hour just trying to place an order. I finally had to do the entire order by phone, so my bottom line is:if you want a good pair of glasses call the company and place your order with a live human — don’t try to do it online if you can’t access your account login.

Very pleased!
Very pleased over all with my experience with LensDirect. It was pretty straightforward, and within 2-3 weeks, I got glasses! I got the frames I wanted with my prescription. I highly recommend lensDirect if you have an old favorite pair of frames that need new lenses, or just a rad pair of frames and you just don't know where to just get lens. Not only was the process straightforward, they have excellent customer service! Thank you Chela D. for all your help and answering my questions!

Awesome customer service
I accidentally ordered the wrong lens size for my raybans and they immediately helped me figure out the correct size and sent me the correct size. Customer support is amazing and lens quality is great!

Disappointed …
I contracted with LensDirect to replace the lenses in my sunglasses with progressive lenses. After going through all the motions with LensDirect which included providing the make and model of sunglasses as well as sending photos of the glasses and sending the glasses to the company, I was told that they cannot work on my frames. This was very disappointing.

BAIT AND SWITCH - AVOID
Take 20 minutes of my time to fill out the order form because Lens Direct sent a discount code, and the discount will not work for what I wanted. The discount shown on line was not available either, defaulted to full price which was more than I paid for the glasses originally. Just wanted new lenses.... BAIT AND SWITCH

Looking forward to the next order

Easy process and glasses are as promised
It was easy to select the glasses I wanted with features I needed. They arrived before the original delivery date. The fit is perfect. I ordered transition lenses that darken outside and in the car. They perform as promised. I found the whole process to be as eady and efficient as buying glasses in store.
