My experience was very easy and quick turn around in getting my headstone … it stated it would be to me in 5 to 6 weeks but I received it in 2 1/2 weeks and I love the work your company did … it is beautiful and thank your company so much

My nephew told me headstones could be…
My nephew told me headstones could be found online because had he ordered his Mom's online they would've spent a lot less. My Dad has been dead 63 years and never so much as a marker for his grave. So regardless of how long it took I was so excited to finally have something to place on his resting place. Even though I had a hard time with my ordering, Legacy was so very helpful and responded in a reasonable amount of time answering any questions and my concerns I had. Their work is excellent and the stone is gorgeous. Oh and did I say I found it inexpensive! Had I known they existed a few more of my family members would have grave stones. So thank you Legacy for such excellent craftsmanship!

This was any unusual experience …
This was any unusual experience in that 4 remaining brothers chipped in to provide the 5th brother with a headstone. The stone remains as delivered and will be opened and placed when the remaining brothers are together again, probably this fall. Thank you for all your help.

This was a very good stone
This was a very good stone. The only issue was not being able to see a final, edited proof version before the purchase was final. Despite an added comment to customer service, the information on the stone remained slightly off.

Lots of options from which to choose to honor our loved one. Once selected easy to customize. Unfortunately I’ve placed multiple orders. Most fortunately, they have provided great value and service at a more affordable price point. Truly grateful for their product offering. Highly recommend.

Prior to ordering I called multipl r times to make sure I understood the process. My son was doing the ordering and thought he could stop in ohio to pick up on the way to ND. Finding out that was not possible made it more clear. But, not understanding that the expedite service needed to be done after order made for more contact through phone. The name on account was never fixed, as I explained to contact person for delivery was Kulseth. So the names and ordering and all that wasnt always clear but it ended up working out well in the end. (Being ordered from one state, and delivered to another)

A beautiful tribute to my great-great-grandfather.
The grave marker exceeded our expectations. My great-great-grandfather had gone ninety years without a headstone, and Legacy Headstones created a beautiful memorial that means so much to our family. The laser-etched portrait from an old faded photograph came out remarkably clear, and the quality of the black granite and engraving is outstanding. The design process was smooth, and the finished marker arrived safely. We are grateful for the care and craftsmanship that went into creating a lasting tribute for our family.

Easy ordering, perfect product, & AFFORDABLE!
This was the easiest ordering process that I have ever experienced. I am incredibly happy with how the headstone turned out, something similar from my local supplier would have been 3 times more in cost. During a difficult time, finding Legacy Headstones was a God send. It was simple, perfect for what I was looking for, and affordable!
