Excellent professional and competent teachers with real world, successful experience. Excellent content. Excellent training resources and tools. THis is a very excellent platform for anyone interested in learning how to take action and be successful in the real estate industry. It's really doable if you're willing to learn the tools, take action amd use the system.

They teach different types of real estate investing strategies and how to recognize the value of a real estate investment. They have recommendation for the different steps needed to evaluate a property that will result in profitability and benefit the seller and buyer of the property.

I just completed the Broker Certification through the Lee Arnold System of Real Estate Investing, and it was absolutely amazing. From the moment you go live, you are surrounded by experts who generously invest their time, knowledge, and experience into your future. They mentor, guide, encourage, and inspire you every step of the way. In my opinion, this is the most comprehensive real estate investing and private lending program available today. Every aspect of the business is covered in a practical, step-by-step manner, and the support system is second to none. What impressed me most is that they put God first. You can genuinely feel the positive culture and values that are woven throughout the organization. The knowledge shared is exceptional, but it's the spirit of service, encouragement, and integrity that truly sets this program apart. In my 65 years of working, I have never encountered a group of people who are more generous with their time, more willing to help others succeed, or more genuinely invested in the success of their students. The Lee Arnold System provides everything you need to build a successful business. More importantly, it teaches a philosophy that extends beyond real estate and lending: "We get more of what we want by helping others get more of what they want." Lee Arnold has meticulously put together an all encompassing Training to educate anyone who desires to learn the many different facets of Real Estate and the numerous income streams that can be generated from it. He is clear, concise, and speaks plainly so anyone can understand, no experience required to comprehend his training modules. He has also sought out other Experts in their Field to enhance the Training with their Professional expertise that is also very beneficial. Lee Arnold has truly built a Business that anticipates every aspect of the Real Estate Business, and formed specialized teams of Experts in order to make what is complicated, simplified, and provides those numerous resources to every student. The Support provided with the Program allows you to Earn while you continue to Learn as Lee Arnold & his Team wants you to be Successful. It truly is a Win, Win Opportunity for the young & old. The only limitations to your success in the incredible Business is inaction. I would encourage everyone to make time to see if you too can create financial security for yourself, your family, and achieve Generational Wealth as your end Goal. Nick was most helpful in setting me up with all the tools and coaching that I need to make deals. He was very knowledgeable and listened to what I wanted to get out of the program and teered in the right direction without trying to upsell things that I don't need.

Lee has some great ideas and processes. But there is too much use of testimonies. Background stories are good; it proves out second chances and encourages hope. However, once in a single session is enough. It gets old and boring with continued rehashing. Lee isn't the only user. It is used by too many other Gurus.

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience needs to be called out. You pay **$3,000 just to enter this program** — for information that can often be found elsewhere for a few hundred dollars (or even free). And that’s only the beginning. I joined the **Lee Arnold System / Mortgage Investor Program** because it was presented as a real pathway into note investing — with access to bank relationships, discounted tapes (20–30 cents on the dollar), and guidance to actually complete deals. That is not what this is. --- he Bait-and-Switch You are led to believe: * They have strong bank relationships * You’ll gain access to exclusive tapes * Their network will help you move deals But once you’re inside, the reality shifts. You’re told to: * Find your own buyers * Build your own systems * Purchase additional tools just to operate So what was sold as: > “We have access and relationships” Turns into: > “Go build everything yourself — and pay more to do it.” --- After You Pay $3,000… The Real Selling Begins Once you’re in, you’re immediately exposed to more offers: #### Core Upsells * 💰 **$50,000–$60,000 high-ticket coaching program** * 💰 **$1,000+ loan broker program** #### Tools & Systems They Push * 💰 **Dealio software (~$4,000)** * 💰 Additional tools, databases, and subscriptions #### Additional Pitches Inside the Program * 💰 **Overages / tax overages program (~$1,000+)** (Guest speakers pitching completely different strategies) So instead of learning one clear path, you are: > Constantly being redirected into new offers, new tools, and new programs --- ### 🚩 Shallow Training Disguised as Depth To be fair — they do teach concepts. The problem is: > It’s not taught with enough depth to make you capable or confident to actually execute. The structure is: * A **3-day event** * High-level explanations * Minimal time on real deal analysis * Heavy on motivation and excitement You leave: * Inspired * Overwhelmed * But not equipped It feels like: > Three days designed to build excitement and move you into buying more — not to make you operational. --- ### 🚩 The “Mentorship” Is Another Sales Layer After the event, you’re passed to a “BDC” or advisor. This is not mentorship. It’s: > Another layer of upselling You’re constantly moved from: * One person * To the next offer * To the next payment --- ### 🚩 Using God and Faith as Part of the Pitch Another thing that needs to be said clearly: They bring God and faith into their messaging and presentation. They position themselves in a way that feels: * Faith-based * Values-driven * Trustworthy But the actual experience — constant upselling, lack of real support, and how concerns are handled — does not align with that image. That disconnect stood out. It felt like: > Faith was being used as part of the sales environment, > but not reflected in how people are actually treated inside the program. --- ### 🚩 The Sales Psychology There was also a call with a salesperson named Steven. He is: * Very well-spoken * Intelligent * Highly persuasive But the pitch is a mix of truth and exaggeration. Enough truth to sound legitimate. Enough omission to keep you buying. At no point does anyone say: > “This may not be the right fit for you.” Because the system is not designed to filter — it’s designed to sell. --- ### 🚩 What This Really Feels Like At a certain point, it becomes clear what the model is really built around. They know: * Most people will not execute * Most people will not complete deals But that doesn’t stop the system — because the revenue doesn’t depend on your success. Instead, the structure leans on: * Upfront payments * Continuous upsells * Expensive tools and programs There is also a strong push toward: * Simple actions like loan reviews or referrals * Activities that are easier to get people to do, even if they never fully succeed in note investing And by the time someone has: * Spent thousands * Invested time * Bought into the vision Many people don’t speak up — because they still want

So I need to start this review by admitting, Lee's system won't be for everyone. But if you are someone who wants to put in the work to learn from the the absolute indistry leader, this is the place for you. There were a lot of things in my experience so far that weren't my cup of tea - nothing major, and too intricate to type here, but just general styles of training and presentation type stuff. Here's the thing, if you can push past any personal proclivities and just focus on the information, this is the top of the food chain for this industry, so the value us unquestionable. So all in all, I had to give them a 5 star rating.
