Great Service!
Everything about LanShack is high-quality and professional. I ordered a 400 ft single-mode fiber cable, it arrived well-packaged and in perfect working order. I'll definitely be using them again for future projects!

High Qualit HDMI Cable
The HDMI cable arrived on the promised day and survived being pulled through ceilings and walls and allowed a finicky projector to reliably connect through a 4 way HDMI splitter, every time.

Site is easy to navigate
Site is easy to navigate, but the pricing online is a little misleading. You click on something looking at one price then it shoots up until you build the product you actually need to buy. Otherwise, the prices are fair and the shipping is fast. I will use them next time.

Sales Support Responsiveness
Sales Support Responsiveness is Fantastic! One of the items ordered was damaged in transit. Issue was reported and a return label was sent the next day. Packaging should be improved as the replacement was damaged as well but they replied again very quickly and are working to resolve the issue to the best of their ability. Responsiveness and willingness to resolve the issue is greatly appreciated!
