Worst Ordering Experience
I ordered a 4' x 12' bed for my father a couple of weeks ago and it didn't seem to go through, never got an immediate confirmation or any confirmation. I wrote customer service to ascertain if the order went through. At the time they had no record of the order. So I ordered again and got a confirmation. Next thing I know I got TWO raised beds a week apart and I've learned they charged me for both. Their ordering platform was on the fritz (a time lag?) and I'm stuck with a second raised bed I can't use and a cost I contend I didn't incur. A dozen emails back and forth about this. Worst online transaction I've ever experienced.

difficult getting an answer
I was sent the wrong 1/4 correct packages, the one that came in was heavily damaged and had small parts falling out and metal damaged. It has taken well over a week to get any response.

Phenomenal value and service
I'm not a big reviews person (usually feels like free corporate labor, which, no thanks) BUT sometimes a company deserves a proper recognition. I have 8 Land Guard raised beds, over a dozen Land Guard solar lights, and two Land Guard trellises. I bought them after an ungodly amount of research including every metal bed option under the sun. Birdies. Vego Garden. Vevor. Weird Amazon knockoffs. Land Guard had the best value and enough reviews that I was willing to try. As soon as I built the first bed, I knew it was going to be a win. A front yard garden can make neighbors cranky, but these beds look so nice that I get nothing but compliments. Adding the lights turned everything into a bit of a fairytale at night. When I have reached out to customer service (a package of solar lights that the shipper handled too roughly in transit), the response was swift, kind, and generous. A good product AND good service? That doesn't break the bank? That calls for 5 stars and an actual written review.

Decent product
Decent product. Ordering was easy and shipping was fairly prompt. There was plenty of hardware in the box (extra nuts & bolts). I was a bit disappointed that the steel isn't heavier gauge. It bends easily. For elders, you cannot lean on the raised bed to get off the ground. It will crumple. Also, the nuts are square nuts. It would be much easier if they were hex nuts and we could get a nut driver or socket on them.

Easy purchase and shipment but poor design
Easy purchase and shipment. But the beds are made from extremely extremely thin metal. Not sure how they are supposed to to be filled but we can figure out. Filled bottom 2/3 w straw and they bent. Filled with wood and filler. They bent. Filled w dirt, they bent. I own them now, but you should build from wood and know you have something that will last much much longer than these

I am still waiting for 1 of my garden…
I am still waiting for 1 of my garden box, I received 3 of mine, but I have not gotten one of them I have received everything else. I’m just frustrated because it still hasn’t been shipped. And there is no information about it just the label was created May 25.

Lousy customer service
The product is lovely. However, the customer service is deplorable!!! I ordered a second set mistakenly. There was no number to call to clarify or to cancel. When I finally got an email response they said it was too late to recall product. FedEx assured me that they would have canceled delivery, but the order needed to be from land guard. The only help was to offer to send solar lites?!?!? Terre

We like the garden bed we bought from Land…
We like the bed we bought from Land Guard. They were pretty easy to put together. We bought six. It took about an hour to put together each one. We had bought one of a different brand that was a heavier material and a nicer finish (brown) but they didn't have the size we wanted. Land Guard did. They are just what we wanted. They are easy enough to move into place; one person can handle an eight-foot X four-foot bed. They're 18" high, which is perfect for me. Taller would require too much soil, shorter is not as convenient. Delivery was prompt, and the boxes were easy to handle by myself (even though I am a 75-year old woman!). Hopefully these beds will as long as I do! I can't wait to get planting.
