Very Disappointing Experience
⭐ 1/5 — Extremely Disappointed — Promises Were Not Delivered I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Kyros.ai, especially with their support for the Congressional Award program. Based on our experience, many of the commitments and promises made to us were simply not fulfilled. We relied on what we were told when we signed up, but the actual service was very different from what we expected. The management and communication also seemed very disorganized. We received promises and assurances, but when it came time for those commitments to be carried out, we were repeatedly disappointed. This is particularly frustrating with the Congressional Award program because students invest a significant amount of time and effort working toward their goals. Parents need accurate information, consistent guidance, and dependable follow-through. Unfortunately, that was not our experience with Kyros. My advice to other parents is: do not rely on verbal promises. Get every commitment in writing before you pay, and independently verify any guidance related to the Congressional Award directly with the official program. I regret trusting the promises that were made to us. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Kyros.ai.
