Company did a good job
Company did a good job, Director was very nice, patient and understand. This was the most difficult for our family to plan our daughter furneral, but they made the process easier for us. It was fast to do and they handle everything for you. Thank you

Having a loved one passing away unexpectedly and so far from home was something Kramer cremation made easier for our family, with compassion, and communication throughout the process, andthe phone encounters with the staff was always there when you had questions.

Compassion in a difficult time

They were unprofessional
They were unprofessional and provoked my family. It was a very difficult time for us, loosing our loved one. Their urn selection was limited as well and they had zero customer service. Even though this company can be somewhat affordable. If you want cheap. You get cheap. We ended up going to Chase Funeral Home in Aurora Colorado. And they saved the day.

Big problem
On Saturday when the deceased was picked up we were assured there would be no problem for his father to see the body on Monday and someone would call us for a specific time. On Monday, when we did not receive a call, we called and were told that his father could not see the body, no exceptions.
