Overall, a great experience!
Terri Trout is amazing and truly is the reason that my family would book again using Koala. There was an issue with our original transaction due to the homeowner booking it with two people which led to my original reservations getting canceled per say, however, Terri worked her magic and made sure we were able to still have a great vacation at the same place with the same view for the same nights! She was an angel to work with nothing but kind and sincere! Thank you so much Terri!

Zero Customer Support
I have an existing booking with Koala for early 2027. The cancellation policy is moderate and allows for "free cancellation" up to 35 days prior to the reservation. Well... the price for the same location and dates reduced from what I booked it for. So, I want to cancel my booking and re-book it. The online account allows me the option to cancel, but the amount of the refund the website displays is not the amount I paid ($200+ difference). So, I have kept the reservation for now. I have attempted to contact KOALA over 10 times in the past 2 weeks. Email... text... and direct message on the website. Zero responses. Dont bother calling their phone number... it is impossible to talk to a human. The lack of customer service and communication is ridiculous. I am very close to disputing the charge with my credit card.

No one is returning my emails or text…
No one is returning my emails or text messages even though it’s been passed 2 business days and I have resent messages several times. It is very disappointing and I wish someone would respond!

I have had great service with Koala
I have had great service with Koala. My only complaint is that it is impossible to talk with anybody. If you have a booking And need help with your booking , There's no way to talk to anyone. Send an email then it takes a long time to hear from anyone.

When a reservation confirmation is…
When a reservation confirmation is submitted to create a listing and the response is only that it cannot be verified with no hint as to what the problem is or what the sender can do about it, it leaves me with no hint of solution. The response is to to send an email, but what can I put in it with no clues?
