Knack sent me a discount code that have me 10% off plus and additional $10 off. I entered the code but the discount was not applied. My credit card was charged for the full amount of my purchase. I asked customer service for a credit for the difference. I never received a response. I regret buying the backpack

All the details I needed on their website including videos to see the product features. I bought a previous bag from Knack 5y ago and I only need a new one because my teenage son wanted my bag. I've used the bag as an overnight bag every weekend during ski season and for 25+ flights. Very convenient and durable. My only complaint has been that I broke the zipper pulls though Knack sent me new ones to have attached.

Rachel was extremely responsive with my initial questions, and beyond attentive via email communication. This bag was everything I needed, and even more than I didn’t even know I needed, on our recent trip abroad! I am beyond satisfied with every element of my Knack experience so far!
