The artwork arrived safely inside a sturdy wooden crate, and there wasn’t a single scratch or dent on the frame. The crate definitely protected the painting well. My only suggestion is that it’s quite heavy and not the easiest thing to dispose of afterward. Also, if Kline Collective ever offers installation services or additional shipping options besides DHL, that would make the experience even better. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with both the artwork and the service.

I live in Toronto, and having the artwork framed locally in Canada made the entire experience so much smoother. The shipping was faster than I expected, and the frame arrived in perfect condition. It’s nice knowing they have local partners instead of shipping everything internationally.

The entire experience felt very personal. I was able to review my painting before it shipped, request a small adjustment to the colors, and receive an updated preview within a few days. The final artwork looks incredible, and it’s now the centerpiece of our dining room.

It offers beautiful frame quality! The painting is beautiful, but I was equally impressed by the frame. It’s solid wood, very well made, and looks much more expensive than I expected. The craftsmanship really elevates the artwork, and it was ready to hang right out of the box.

Overall, I had a wonderful experience with Kline Collective. The artwork is beautiful, the customer service was excellent, and the approval process gave me confidence before shipping. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be offering optional installation services for larger pieces. That would make the entire experience absolutely perfect.

Easy revision process overall speaking. I requested a couple of color adjustments after receiving the preview, and the artist made the changes exactly as I described. The sample was worth it
The sample was worth it. It is expensive to buy art from Kline Collective. Ordering the color sample first was one of the best decisions I made. It gave me confidence before purchasing such a large piece. Seeing the actual texture and colors in person made everything much easier. I highly recommend getting the sample if you’re undecided.

The frame exceeded my expectations. It’s real wood, beautifully finished, and feels incredibly sturdy. I’ve purchased framed artwork from other companies before, and this is by far the nicest frame I’ve received. It really completes the painting.
