I appreciate the selection of styles available. Virtually trying the glasses on was easy. Ordering was also fairly easy. You couldn't seem to change any options on your glasses once they were in the shopping cart (i had to create a duplicate with the changes, then delete the original). My glasses were delivered the same week. Thanks Kits!

I ordered two pairs of glasses from Kits. When they arrived, the plastic nose bridge on my face was much too tight and uncomfortable.I called their support team to explain the issue, and their customer service was incredible. They resolved the problem immediately. I am completely satisfied with how quickly and helpful they were. It is rare to find a company that takes care of its customers this fast, and I highly recommend them!

The customer service was great! From trying on frames and purchasing glasses at the Kits Cafe, to corresponding with the customer service department to make an exchange, the Kits team was prompt and attentive. I found that the photos of the Blackcomb frames on the web site looked lighter than they appear in person because of the backlighting. The photos look great, but it would be more helpful to have photos accurately representing the true colour when wearing the frames. Overall, I am happy with my new glasses and would recommend.🤓😎

They are amazing! My pair of glasses came defective and I had no issue replacing them. The online support was precise, informative and effective.

I placed my order and thought my contacts were in stock because the order completed. Several days later I get an email that they don't have my contacts and it will take 3-5 more days. It is now almost 2 weeks later and nothing. I asked if they would expedite my order when it came and they said no. It was a huge waste of time and now I have to completely start over.

Why you would offer a voucher after purchase but have it expire before anyone would ever reorder is beyond me. It feels like a scam to get you to buy at a higher price just to reneg on your promise of a discount later. You know who doesn't do that? Your competitors.

ordered two pair of progressive readers on July 8th, 2026. They came from Burnaby,BC to Thunder Bay On. And where delivered by noon today July 10th, 2026. I made a mistake and had ordered 2 pairs of sunglasses instead of one pair clear and one pair sunglasses. I called right away, spoke to a very nice man named Dennis with some good old fashioned customer Service manners. He corrected my order and send me the correct pair of clear readers. I am absolutely over the moon with the quality and service I received. I highly recommend Kits.ca if you want quality and price. The glasses I kept fit perfectly right out of the beautiful hard case. Thank you for excellent service. I will be back in future. I would give it 10/10 if possible.

I placed an order on "Placed on 01 July 2026 18:08:09" I received my two glasses from the BOGO deal with the correct prescription on 02 July 2026 at 4:50pm..... How is this possible? Thats insane speed and great service. Thank you KITS! Will be buying some contact lenses in the future.

The glasses fell apart the first day. They weren't assembled correctly and one of the lenses came completely out of the frame!!
