They created the book cover, made my book more polished and set up my ISBN. They have put my book on more platforms. They help me with posts, they updated my website to include my book and a blog section which as already brought in more traffic to my site.

Hello! I'm Melanie "Babydoll" Wallace, the author of My Foundation. I was struggling to get my book out and needed help. Another author suggested that I contact Sophia Adams Project Manager and it has been a game changer. The team takes care of all the tedious task and I can now focus on me and my events. The team is very focused on getting it right. They are personable and knowledgeable and are quick to respond. A god send. Not a lot of upselling.. lol... and they deliver what they say they will. I hope to have an ongoing relationship with them all. Sophia is my point person and she is full of good will, a sense of humor and knowledge, Sam leads the overall team and he is excellent at getting things done and persinally making sure all is well.

Sophia Adams, Project Manager with KDP was the mind behind my social media marketing campaign. She was there and helped me upload the book on Amazon, Instagram, Facebook, and X. She gave me her time, creativity, and some valuable advice. I will recommend her to any author. She knows the publishing industry and know how to bring you closer to success.

I’ve had a great experience so far. I’ll be honest when we first started, their approach was to treat things like I had no existing social media presence and build from scratch. That didn’t sit right with me, since I’ve already been putting in the work for the past 15 months. I pushed back on that, and to their credit, they listened. We got aligned quickly, adjusted the approach, and now the project is moving in the right direction. Jason Evercrest has stayed in touch throughout the process, making sure I know what’s coming next and that they have everything they need from me. That level of communication goes a long way. I’d absolutely recommend them. Solid team, easy to work with, and they’re clearly focused on getting results.

The representative who worked with me, Oliver Jones, was very responsive. He kept me informed every step of the way, and responded to my emails and phone calls immediately. The quality, and quantity, of the book marketing and promotions exceeded my expectations.

Their awards team goes beyond just technical support. I noticed how they care deeply about each author's story. They really helped us believe in the literary worth of our books and also celebrate them proudly. Thanks to their expertise, several authors received nominations we would never have dreamed of! Ray and Erica have been great at helping move my project forward. There service has been great, there are some times that they are slow to respond or delays but we are all busy. The only reason I did not give a 5 start is because of the extra fees that have popped up that I believe should have been discussed in the enrollment process. There seems to be a lot of hidden cost, but I think those have already been resolved at this point. We have a few more months working together so we shall see if more arise.

Oliver has been very warm, informative and supportive to me. He regularly follows up on my assignments and patiently walks me through them. At first I had doubts in taking on this project, but having regular encounters with him has given me confidence to continue with it. My project manager, Mary Grace, has been excellent at following up and keeping me informed about the progress of my book. She is very thorough, consistently updating me on social media posts and setting clear expectations. I was initially told that Erica Jones would be my contact, but she never reached out to check in, hence my rating. In contrast, Mary Grace has been fantastic to work with, and I look forward to seeing the results of our efforts. Thank you, Mary Grace!

Hazel Carter did a good job of staying on top of things. I found her very helpful. The only problem I had was, sometimes, our phone conversations were challenging because of background noise. I’m not the best at using technology, but Hazel helped me manage that minefield.
