KeySavvy is perfect.
KeySavvy made selling my car to an out of state buyer easier than I could have imagined. It was quick and convenient. Their online directions for filling out the title were very helpful. I will 100% use them again.

I didn't know this existed - I'm glad it does
I didn't know this existed. When you're selling a high-end car these days, fear of scams could cause massive losses. This was very smooth, great communication and a great service. It educated me along the way, and made it effortless to do the right things to not slow down the transaction. The only thing I'm upset about is that I didn't have this idea.

It was smooth and stress free process…
It was smooth and stress free process to buy my car from out of state. The peace of mind and assurance that I won’t be ripped off was well worth paying the fee. Highly recommend this for anyone thinking about making a private car purchase. Also support was so responsive and helpful and the fact that paperwork was processed during pretty long business hours meant from start to end the process took about 3 days (even over the weekend!)

Fantastic service
Fantastic service. I would 100% recommend KeySavvy for any out of state car sale/purchase. They took all the regular car buying/selling stress away from both the seller and buyer. They even took away unanticipated stress after UPS lost our title. I found this out on a Friday, and the buyers were flying in to take possession of the vehicle on Tuesday. KeySavvy seamlessly saved the day for just $94 they just dealt with getting a replacement title directly. Smooth, effortless, and a total deal! Great service. Highly recommend. Maybe use FedEx, however, to mail your title to them! :-)

I'm so glad I found KeySavvy. As a seller, you gave me peace of mind. And I appreciated how easy you made it for the buyer with title verification and even issuing a temporary travel permit. Generally easier to work with KeySaavy compared to working with my credit union. Using KeySaavy facilitated a car purchase at a distance when I couldn't travel to interact with the seller in person. The chat-based support was responsive and excellent. Highly recommend.

Selling a car through Hemming with…
Selling a car through Hemming with their title and register is the best way to sell a classic car. The website they use is clear to the customers what you’re selling. The pictures are beautiful and most of all when it’s time to pay off you get your money within Two hours all secure no problems. The people there guide you through the process and you can feel comfortable that it’s gonna happen. I’ve went through the process. I’m very very satisfied with the experience. You don’t have to worry about the wire transfer it handles like clockwork just believe me. It’s the best thank you Tom

Horrible service.
Horrible service.. they tell you that you can pay with ach next thing you know they take it off!! They say that they handle title work but the seller had to get one sent to me 10 days later .. horrible service and the customer service is very ignorant. Suggest camel other than keysavvy

Traditionally, buying and selling a vehicle can be a highly stressful experience, especially when the parties do not know each other and a significant amount of money and vehicle title documentation must change hands. The KeySavvy team and their well-designed process removed the uncertainty that often comes with private vehicle transactions and provided a seamless, secure, and positive experience from start to finish. KeySavvy provides a very useful service. If you are selling a car but have a car loan or you are buying a car and the owner still has a car loan, KeySavvy has a polished approach that protects both the buyer's and seller's interests. They buyer gets the car, proof of purchase, and a temporary plate immediately. The seller gets his/her loan paid off and whatever extra cash as quickly as loan processing will allow, and depending on the requirements of your jurisdiction, either the buyer or Keysavvy (for a reasonable fee) takes care of the paperwork, eventually getting to a title, registration, and permanent plates. Without this service, there's a huge leap of faith that a transaction with a stranger will be completed successfully. Maybe there's something special about Minnesota. My one business trip there was during heavy snowstorm, and the hospitality and service I received were top notch. This was the very same sort of experience (less the snowstorm). My questions were answered quickly and completely in a personalized manner that made it clear that these people care about their customers. Everything was ready when it needed to be, and my interest as a buyer was protected in that I could back out right up until I took possession of the car in case something wasn't as advertised. I highly recommend KeySavvy if you're either a buyer or seller in a "by owner" car sale with a loan outstanding.
