Friendly people, great service, great outcome
Michael was really personable and extremely patient. He worked diligently to get the coverage I was looking for at a reasonable price. We had some setbacks with some providers rating the case higher risk than expected. Michael was clear about why and what his recommendations were. He proposed alternative providers and we ended up finding one that was a good fit for my case.

Michael and Susan are amazing
Michael and Susan are amazing. My mom passed recently and they were able to walk me through every step of the process. Susan went above and beyond making extra calls to the insurance carrier to help me sort out some missing items. It was already a very stressful time, and having these guys helping out made it so much easier.

The process as a whole took longer than…
The process as a whole took longer than I hoped, but everyone was very helpful and quick to reply and keep things going as quickly as possible. I have a complex medical history so the extra time is understandable and the staff was very helpful to take time to understand my story and how to make this work.
