I had a few issues and questions regarding my order and reached out to K&F Concept’s customer support. I was genuinely impressed by how quickly and professionally they handled everything. They responded very fast, clearly explained the solutions, and helped me resolve all the issues without any unnecessary complications. SOLVED - Great at first, but one battery already failed after two weeks
Update: K&F Concept was very nice and helpful! After reaching out to the customer support, they've sent me two new Batteries, wich both are working very well. Therefore 5/5 Stars! Overall, I was initially very happy with the batteries (bought them on amazon). They have a good runtime, charge quickly, and the charging station is very convenient. However, I can only give this product three stars because one of the batteries stopped working after just roughly two weeks, which is very disappointing. It also makes me concerned about how long the other two batteries will last. Maybe I was simply unlucky and this is not a common issue. Unfortunately, the battery failed shortly after the return period had ended, so I am no longer able to return the product. I would really appreciate it, if we could find suitable solution.

Amazing customer service
As per my previous review my tripod is amazing, but the bag was faulty. A quick email had that sorted and a new bag arrived days later😊 customer service is absolutely amazing and i would not hesitate to purchase again from this company. Well done team you've nailed it. 👏

Strange experience
Ordering experience was good, quickly found what i was looking for, payment was also good. THe delivery of the goods got me nerve wrecking. After the mail that the order was confirmed ans shipped it wasn't really clear if there was a tracking because communication said "no tracking" but there was a tracking number and after a while i could find a link. tracking the sending was a true mistery. Orderded from the dutch site, got a mail that said 'Versandt" whitch is German, the tracking said from US to BE and the order whent through Hong Kong airport. It came to Belgium in Liege for custom clearance (oh finaly!) but from there it went to Luxembourg, to fly from there to... Yes Liege and then finaly it went with a courier to my door. A bit of a strange traject but delivered on time for the eclipse.

I wish I could give a good review , because I have heard good things about them . But my experience was not pleasant with their customer service, I used a link that was thru their advertisement on Facebook which was supposed to link me to their site and the backpack I wanted it inked to wrong backpack and the wrong pack was ordered I emailed them within minutes of ordering . Their website claim usual response is within 24 hrs . I eleven called their customer service the following day and they stated it was not even processed yet so he put in the cancellation request , which was the second one , email was first .I never even got a confirmation email on the order.customer service stated I would recieve the cancellation email in 24 hrs. So still nothing in 24 hrs so I emailed again and in 10 minutes I got a response saying oh we shipped it . If you keep it we will give you 15 percent refund. So my trip is coming up and I will have to purchase another backpack that meets my needs . Why would I keep a product that does not meet my needs at any price or refund . I know mistakes are made, but bribe me to keep a product , instead of saying just return it . That’s shameful. UPDATE: I received a email that they intercepted my package. And someone named Julie personally got involved to make it right . I did recieve a full refund and a 20 percent discount code.

Excellent customer service and a great…
Excellent customer service and a great resolution I purchased K&F Concept batteries and a charger through Amazon, but unfortunately experienced an issue with one of the chargers not working correctly. After directly contacting K&F customer service, they were helpful and took the issue seriously. They arranged for a replacement charger AND surprisingly sent two new batteries with it. Faults can occasionally happen with any product, but it’s how a company handles them that really matters. I was very pleased with the support I received and the way K&F Concept resolved everything. Thank you for your help!

I had a missing item in my Amazon order, so I reached out to their customer service and they immediately shipped it out. I am amazed by their customer service. Their product is great, and I have been buying my camera accessories from K&F Concept.

I consider K&F products to be of excellent quality, craftsmanship, and durability, and they are, whenever possible, my first choice when selecting a product or accessory. I own several products, ranging from filters to my favorite tripod and the bag where I carry my gear (which isn’t much, but it’s what I need for what I like to do). Excellent Customer Service!
Reached out because I lost part of a photography backpack and wanted to buy a replacement. They offered me the replacement for free and just had me cover shipping. Was super smooth and pain free experience. Would definitely recommend!

Astounding Customer service and quality products
Ordered lens protectors for my insta360 x5 from them on Amazon. They look great and fit perfectly like the name brand ones. But the best part is I dropped my camera and it landed straight on one and it shattered, but protected the lens itself. I reached out to them directly and they offered to send me a replacement for free, and I didn’t even have to go through Amazon or anything. Great customer service and products.

Great Customer Service
I purchased a 3 battery charger w/batteries for my Canon R5 Mark II. The first unit didn't work on all my batteries. I raised the concern with K&F Concept and they responded immediately. The new unit arrived as promised and it worked perfectly! The customer service acted with genuine concern and made things right. I have purchased numerous items from K&F Concept and have never been disappointed.
