I had a discount coupon and they never prompted me to use it. When I recieved it, it said I would apply it at checkout and there wasn't a category offered that I saw. Then it was too late to apply. Disappointing. They don't have a prompt to add my TSA PRE Check number.

Justfly has the worst customer service on earth
I have been on the phone for hours trying to change a minor name error. They are saying they cannot do it and forcing me to buy a new ticket. I called the control airline and they are saying everything is fine and that I can do the name change it’s just Just fly. Please do not book your flights through them they have the worst customer service on planet earth.

They made a mistake on my booking
They made a mistake on my booking. We were going to Jacksonville North Carolina the tickets said Jacksonville North Carolina JAX. I even bought the insurance thinking if there were any problems it would be covered $250. I spent hours on the phone with them. I still ended up having to purchase new tickets all the way aroun. Airlines couldn’t help. Insurance would not pay without the Just Fly giving me a letter to give them which they refused to do. Not jut 1 ticket it was 3. I learned a very expensive lesson. Will not use 3rd party ever again.
