Well thought I was signing up for a one time service and then they started charging me a monthly membership. Let's see if they do a refund. I wasn't too impressed with the legal advice as I felt like the person I was dealing with was looking up all the answers to my questions and I felt like I had to lead with my questions as opposed to the legal advisor taking the lead to tell me, which were my best options. That said the person I dealt with was very nice but unfortunately inexperienced.

Public warning to all prospective users of this site. I asked what was explained as a 5 Euro question in Feb 2020 I got a totally unsatisfactory answer and thought O.K. I've been done for 5 Euros; Surprise Surprise on reviewing my bank statements last week I discovered that the company calling themselves "Just Answers" had being unlawfully robbing my account to the tune of 85Euros per month until my Visa card was changed in October. 510 Euros was unlawfully and fraudulently taken from my account over a period of six months and so-far all I have been able to recover is 170. But I am not going to give up until I recover all

I was able to solve the problem with confidence with a polite answer The polite answer was that I had set up my PC, but if I wanted to, it would also provide remote access . The problem has been resolved. I think that you will support a wide range of applications, starting from collecting basic information.
