The first pair of contacts they sent…
The first pair of contacts they sent irritate my eyes, so they sent a replacement pair that still irritates my right eye but not my left. I requested a replacement for the right lens and have received nothing but the runaround, so I requested a refund per their NO HASSLE REFUND POLICY, but I'm still getting the same runaround, both by email and by phone. I have done everything they asked, but they keep rebuffing my request for either another replacement lens or a refund. So, I just filed a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. I will also be reporting them to the BBB. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!
