What an easy way to get the best value for your dollar.. Junova alerted me to two huge savings which totaled over $1500. They don’t mess with your flight number of flight time seating etc. it’s really a wonderful program. I see no downside.
Saved me $36 on a $447 ticket, and they will continue to monitor for price drops. They take a small cut only if they find price drops so no risk and worth it.
It works. The only issue I find is an airlines issue. As the credit is issued to each passenger, there is more value for people/couples that travel together often. The others (family/kids) on my itinerary will not travel with me or alone often, so that credit may be “lost”. But it works better than I imagined. Their customer serious also outstanding.
Mixed first experience, but open to trying again based on customer follow-up
UPDATED- I updated my review based on the follow-up and customer service from Junova. I am willing to give them a try. I signed up for Junova because it advertises automatic flight price monitoring and rebooking when fares drop. The concept is great, as tracking fare changes yourself can be time-consuming. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. Junova secured a flight credit for me, but the rebooking was made into a different fare class than the one I originally purchased. As a result, I lost my international business-class seat assignment and was separated from my husband. To restore our original seating arrangement, I had to pay out of pocket to repurchase seats. The additional cost exceeded the value of the flight credit I received. In practical terms, I am now spending more money than I would have if I had left the reservation alone, and the credit may not even be fully usable for up to a year. While Junova technically found a fare difference and obtained a credit, the overall outcome left me worse off financially and significantly inconvenienced. I would strongly encourage travelers to understand exactly how rebookings are handled and whether seat assignments and fare classes are protected before using this service.
Joined a few weeks ago; forwarded along email confirmations from existing flights - within two weeks, I have $40 in flight credits for me and for my wife. I may have been able to check those flights myself and figured out how to get $50 in credits - but for me, giving up a percentage to Junova is a cheap and painless solution to the issue, and well worthwhile (because in reality, I would not have checked on those myself).
Has worked great and saved me over $500 on flights I'd already booked. Customer service was quick to respond when I needed it. Grateful for this service.
Great to not have to worry about a thing. Just submit reservation and let Junova do the rest. When I had a question, they responded to my email with a quick, helpful answer!
Using Junova is simple. I've forwarded email confirmations for 3 flights in the last few months, and I've received flight credit for 2 of them because the price dropped. I'm so glad I learned about Junova.
How can you argue with free money? I found the best deal I could on airfare. Two weeks later you beat it. 20% fee is reasonable and makes for a win-win.
